Prospect Terrace is a quaint and well-maintained park offering a superb and breathtaking view of the city, especially lovely at sunset and in the fall. It is a piece of history and the final resting place of Roger Williams, who founded Providence. The spot is great for a nice relaxing time and is a known gathering point for tours. Street parking is not hard to find.
The place is wonderful, BUT... When you're at the observation deck, you expect to see the city—not a row of trees. Please, clear away those trees! Let the beauty be open to view ❤️
