We adopted 3 kittens from here at the end of Covid, staff was great to work with, answered all our questions and follow ups, etc. Very nice folks trying to find homes for all of the dogs & cats, would come back here without hesitation!

My dog gets out of my yard .and picked up by animal control on a Saturday.can’t get her released until Tuesday. This is insane. This dog means everything to me and I have to wait until Tuesday.I feel like I’m living in North Korea

I had the worst experience. I have been calling for over a week now because I have found a cat with three kittens and they came on Saturday and said that they will need to come back and install traps. I haven’t received a call and they have not calm meanwhile is 20 and 30° outside And they keep bouncing me from phone to phone every-time i call. They clearly do not care about the animals.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon at 1pm. The hours of operation for Saturday state 12-4pm. The doors were locked, there was no sign explaining why, and when we called the phone number no one answered.

Excellent, caring, knowledgeable staff. Adopted a cat 2 years ago and recently adopted another cat. Highly recommended!

These people are amazing. Got both my babies here. They are very professional, caring and do everything right with the pet adoption process. Erika is great! Koko and Beetlejuice are family.

Everyone was friendly and obviously loved their work. The animals were well cared for and they are definitely focused on what is best those animals. If you're looking for a new companion, I highly recommend adopting from here.

Wow! Fantastic experience through and through. The staff and director are so welcoming and really want what is best for the fur babies! I am so in love with the cat we adopted and I credit PAS with how well he's adapted. Thank you friends!

The care that the animals get is second to none. I dropped off donated blankets and towels. Open for adoption or donation Tuesday thru Saturday 11 to 3pm currently by appointments.

Ericka (the Director) and Josh are so kind and helpful. I'm so happy with the whole process. They do a great job at making sure the adoptable animal will be an appropriate fit. Would absolutely come back to donate food/blankets or anything they may need.

This shelter put down a beautiful dog without owners consent!! And then had the audacity to tell the owner on the phone that would check and see if her fur baby was in the freezer!!! What kind of shelter do yall run here!!! This is the most sicken thing I've heard in years!!! Yall lied to the owner about the fur baby being safe!! Yall lied about paperwork and giving the fur baby back to his owner!!! Yall don't deserve to be around other animals!!! You are a disgrace!!! Shame on you!!! 200 terminal rd providence ri 02905 is the shelter!!!

I never been here but from all the great reviews I am giving it a 4! Me amd my mom are thinking about getting a dog if our landlord says it's ok and I will definitely tell her about this place
