About Community Libraries of Providence: Smith Hill Library
The Community Libraries of Providence: Smith Hill Library is a smaller but well-stocked branch of the Providence public library system. The single-story brick building, designed in a Colonial Revival and Moderne style, has a great selection of books and a friendly staff at the circulation desk. The clean and welcoming library offers coffee and tea, and serves as an important community resource, hosting various events and activities for the local neighborhood. The library was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998, reflecting its significance as a longstanding institution in the Smith Hill area.
Great community space for the children to come to after school and participate in the offered activities.

Library is smaller than I expected, but they have a great selection of books, as well as a very nice lady at circulation. Was very clean, and they offered coffee or tea.
