Nice venue, great sound system just one knock. They need to add more bathrooms. Spent the entire intermission in the line for the bathroom, no time to do anything else.

Beautiful theater. Went there this past Tuesday for the MJ show and enjoyed it immensely. The only negative point was the tiny seats and how close together they are. During intermission the woman sitting next to my daughter decided to just stand at her seat, to no doubt stretch a bit.. No problem with that, but the woman had no concept of personal space and had her rear practically in my daughter's face! My daughter did not want to cause any trouble, but I was about to respectfully say something. Then I looked around. The seat was in the middle of the row and with the small seats packed in so tightly, where could she go?
Again, Beautiful theater, narrow seats, practically on top of each other.
Btw, parking is expensive. If we go back, we will definitely Uber.

Great shows but super small seats and not enough bathrooms during breaks. First you stand in a giant line then you run back to your seat after the show resumed.

Be careful regarding this company. I purchased theater tickets on 12/7/2024, today my credit card was charged for $528 by the same company for tickets purchased by somebody else. I suspect somebody from this company stole my credit card number. My email is quite secure since I use a VPN.

Great performance, a bit loud, and where your seats are can impact your experience. Beautiful building.

The theater's half empty - is it the Biden economy, or is it a mediocre production?? Scrooge and all ghosts as women, or overweight and preggers women? Sure, no problem, but do you have a point? Give me a reason for whatever these casting choices are - prove to me it's not just empty virtue-signalling. Dear PPAC, do you know we are past peak wokeness? Time for a reality check. Refering to Scrooge as "she" for 2 hours was confusing and a lot of work for no gain. "She?" Who are they talking about up there? Oh, it's Scrooge. Ok, thanks for the extra effort in a holiday play I'm supposed to be relaxing and enjoying. Can we not respect the past, and simultaneously add creativity to the production without simple gender-switching and forced diversity? Is this really what you think passes for creativity in a world abounding with talent and originality? For $75/seat, what about using the marvelous voices already on stage to create an astounding vocal performance? How about a ghost stomp number? How about some simple effects - fog and back-projections - inexpensive and dramatic, shouldn't be a problem given the prices!!

The location was nice and great assistance from the staff. The sound could have been a little louder for the performers because their voices were difficult to hear over the music

I've enjoyed most shows I've been to but the seats are too small.

We usually enjoy our season tickets to all the shows. 11-16-24 The theater was way too hot. I've never been so uncomfortable in the several years I've been attending. Just know to bring a change of shorts in the winter in case they forget to regulate the temperature. The security seemed to be pacing, walking backwards in the rows, and distracting from the show.
