I have always been a fan of Queen of Hearts & Modern love for their unique finds and awesome loyalty program. Recently I broke one of my favorite mixing bowls I had purchased there a few years ago, and Karen placed a special order for me since I couldn't find the exact match anywhere else. Such great service!

Rude and arrogant girls work here. I was sold a shirt that I didn't try on as a gift. I noticed a hole when I got home and returned that day to exchange it for the same shirt but the girls said no because it was on sale and no exchanges. Just wanted the same top undamaged. As I walked out they all recommended to not return to the store. Had I made a seen or something I would understand, I did not and felt they were being mean just for the sake of it.

Queen of Hearts opened its doors for the first time in 2006 by Karen Beebe. The store is a fashion boutique featuring cool jewelry, colorful dresses, and unique accessories. Last time I stopped by, I was checking some jewelry accessories for a gift....they do have lots of fun stuff that you don't usually see at a larger department store. Year round, the store provides complimentary gift wrapping for all purchases...The business is very dog-friendly.

Fun place to browse with an eclectic assortment of kitchen goods, accessories, lingerie and jewelry. I have found some cute kitchen accessories here and they always have some fun sunglasses in the summer that are vintage inspired. They frequently have posters and flyers for local events here too so it's good to check in to see what's happening around the area.

I had the pleasure of stumbling upon this adorable little shop earlier today, and I'm so glad that I did! Queen of Hearts is a whimsical boutique on Westminster Street in Providence that specializes in women's clothing and accessories, plus fun gift items for everyone in your life! I could have spent hours browsing through their inventory, which just got updated for spring with several bursts of vibrant colors. It actually brightened my mood and reminded me that warmer weather is just around the corner! I had my sights set on a gorgeous blue leather jacket by BB Dakota, and at $87, it was a good price for the quality, but totally out of my millennial budget. Oh well, onto the wish list it went! I ended up buying a pair of gunmetal grey rhinestone lightning bolt earrings for $16 - definitely a more reasonable pick, and I just couldn't leave without getting SOMETHING! #ClotheshorseProbs I also really loved the selection of healing crystals and tarot / zodiac items. A lot of my friends are into mysticism and all that jazz, and now I know where to come when their birthdays roll around! The girl that helped me out couldn't have been friendlier, and it really elevated my already-awesome shopping experience. I'll certainly be back soon (hopefully with enough dough for that dream jacket!)

Queen of Hearts/Modern Love is a complete dream. Beautifully curated and with an ever-rotating stock, these sister shops will usually have something to make me pull out my wallet! Their housewares and jewelry make great, unique gifts for anyone on your Christmas list or with an upcoming birthday. Or, you know, just because. That is, if you manage to not talk yourself into keeping it for your own personal use after buying it for someone else! Their clothing selection is beautiful, if priced a little on the higher side. However, you're definitely paying for quality, so I really can't fault that. The one detractor for the clothing end is sizing. I'm a petite lady and I've invariably found that even some of their smallest shirts and coats "swim" on me and dresses/skirts would invariably need to be hemmed were I to wear them. So, one star off for that. Show us short girls some boutique love! But in any case, keep on rockin' downtown PVD, guys. I am HERE for it!
