  Bought the last pair of combs leather doc Martins. Which were the floor display aswell. They were on sale but the right one looked slightly different from several angles. Also had seam issues where the soles met the leather. They were also ready somewhat worn in appearance from being the floor model. I've had plenty of pairs of docs and when I tried putting them on upon the second day the loop on the back of the right one tore right off. Sadly I've had a lot going on recently and I discarded the box but had the receipt. They wouldn't give a return due to it being too worn but it was already like that.

  The sales associates at the store were nice, but the shoe had a poor quality and the customer service won't do anything about it.

  Rude sales associate to my girlfriend today. I don’t appreciate the lack of unprofessional customer service. Also he shouldn’t have been swear about her to another sales associate, especially with multiple customers around that could hear. If he doesn’t like his job or can’t handle being kind to customers, he should leave.

  Went in for a pair of work shoes and found a extremely comfortable pair of Sketchers! I went to every other shoe store in the mall and rack room has the best variety of choices! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they do not have many options for wide feet. Which I needed. Luckily I browsed around and found something. I will be back for another pair. The pricing is super reasonable compared to the other shoe stores in the mall! They also have BOGO half off on select pairs! Sales associate immediately helped me upon entering.

  Borderline RUDE/untrained “2nd in charge” manager of the store. Person I’m referring to was a black guy at the register.Incident- Receipt didn’t print due to malfunction. No explanation or alternative provided by him while I stood there. Felt like I was interrogating him when asking what was going on. He did not say anything much apart from yes/no answers.You don’t have to be friendly or nice but atleast speak RESPECTFULLY and let customer know what’s happening. I’m a person of color too so idk what the attitude was about? We all got things going on in our lives and don’t come shopping to see your tantrums.

  Alot of shoes just not alot of selection of sizes. Each time we been in this store location smells like a weed factory. Floors dirty. Workers don't ask if you need any assistance.
