Worst experience ever, stay away. I have to leave halfway because this person was unprofessional, rude and nasty w her comments. Be the judge and see pics attached….. and ….. there is more I did my pedicure w a diff person, I left thinking everything was ok and “surprise” another mess. Recommendations: if you want a disaster yes go there, it is the perfect place

Came in last minute and they still took me right away. Super friendly, did an amazing job, and the price was great. Really happy with the service!

Definitely, never going back there. There is nothing “regal” about this place.
For someone that claims to have been a nail tech for over two decades, this is absolutely the worst full set manicure I have ever gotten. And to top it off, the guy doing my nails was super creepy. Not worth it, don’t go there.

warning don't go here!! This was the worst experience of 20 years of getting my nails done. I would like to give them zero rating but obviously that's not an option He was very cheap with the glue . The nails were falling off. I think overall they're just cheap with the products nails feel like they're going to o fall off any minute. Also he was filing my skin not nails. My finger is throbbing hopefully it doesn't fall off equipment didn't look like it was cleaned! He wasn't sympathetic at all about what he did. He made it seem like this happens all the time why you freaking out. Good manicurist know what they're doing and would avoid every possibility to cut you or hurt you. As you see in the picture my ring finger is injured. He split my skin open I was bleeding. I told him I have a lot of discomfort and quality of service also products is not worth the $40. I ask for a discount for what he put me through the pain and discomfort he stayed quiet. This place doesn't care about their customers they just want the money. As he is filing he knows my ring finger is injured and was squeezing hard making it way worse than what it was. I had to tell him twice please stop. My nails are uneven and some are at an awkward slant. Some are not even the same length. I had to go home and fix them myself. They're not evenly squared. The paint job is lumpy and has a lot of streaks from the white paint that he didn't wait for it to dry . I didn't know a simple full set french manicure was going to be so complex for him to do. For the quality and service I received this place is overpriced I will never go here again!

I would never give them another red cent of my money. I use to come here and get my nails done from time to time. I wanted my lashes done and the guy the one who always flirting got me so freaking mad. I call and ask for the lashe lady and he said why you calling me call Mimi I said I don’t have her number he starts saying her number mad fast and hung up. So I call back and said I’m sorry I’m having a hard time hearing you I didn’t get Mimi’s number he said why you call back. Went on to yell and hung up again. Funny cause when he does my nails he always flirts with me and what not I bet if I went in person he would have a different attitude. This place is struggling already people barley go there now be lucky I wanted to do services there. But never again

Okay Let’s talk. I Love the nails I got I posted them on photos they have hearts on them. The lady who did them was also so nice and made sure I liked anything she did!! I really enjoyed this visit! I have 1 issue the guy cut my mom MULTIPLE TIMES her thumb was RED I hope this doesn’t happen again or to anyone else.Service: Acrylic nails
