Don't even look at this place if you have a dog. I wasted my time scheduling a visit only to find out that only one building takes dogs, and it's about to be under constructions for 2 years! Just say no dogs and don't waste everyone's time.

I lived here all through 2017, this is 2024 and I remembered how much I enjoyed staying there.
Location is perfect, my best living experience in my entire East Coast years.

I would give this a zero stars if I could. The staff here are incredibly rude and judgmental of you and it seems like they all hate their jobs and lives. The building is falling apart with our ceiling cracking and falling down and the A/C never works and the room feels hot and humid all the time. Every appliance they install is extremely outdated and they don't clean the spaces up before you move in. (i.e. the bathtub was filled with grime and mud when I moved in) The leasing office is especially rude and unhelpful with misleading clauses within the contract and unwillingness to help their current tenants out. The maintenance team also walks into the apartment without any prior notice and they break stuff on the way out. (i.e. they broke and clogged our kitchen sink and bathtubs) DON'T LIVE HERE

DO NOT RENT HERE!! The prices are absolutely ridiculous, these people are charging $2300 a month for a 500 sq ft studio. Don’t mean to compare but I found another apartment (for rent by owner) 3 bedroom, double living room, newly renovated and all new appliances for just $1000 a month but it’s not in providence, that explains the price. Greedy people like you are the reasons why homelessness will continue to rise, MOST people don’t make enough to afford high rent, lower your prices or close down.

I lived in Regency Plaza for a year and my experience has been extremely awesome! The community is always safe, packages/facilities are well-managed, especially the staff here are very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. My building had to go through a renovation project during my stay, but the management team made the process very smooth and took very good care of the residents. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for residences at downtown PVD!

I lived at Regency Plaza for a year and I wouldn't change a thing. It's a very nice complex in a great location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming to all of their residents and take great pride in proper communication and attending to resident needs. I recommend this place to anyone looking to live in the Providence area and I would love to move back someday.

used to live here, had to complain MANY times about a woman (another resident) breaking into my apartment and constantly harassing me, to which they told me they couldnt evict her but would not renew her lease. when a new person moved next door to me and called the police on me for playing music over a phone speaker the police came and even said in front of the apartment staff that they did not understand why they were there. they then evicted me over the “multiple complaints.” not to mention them NOT giving the police the footage of my car getting stolen from their property, in view of a camera. its an overpriced cesspool of incompetence. i don’t recommend living here.

I had the most amazing time during my stay. The management is quick and helpful. The location is so convenient if you are looking to live in downtown but not in the crowd.

I stayed at the Regency plaza for 2 months as the options were limited in the area. The property is quite large and has nice amenities such as gym , rec room and parking . The apts are well furnished and provided a nice environment for my stay. Like any complex there were renovations and some minor glitches but Jane, Mike and Marina ( and the building ) really worked to make my stay as accommodating as possible. I would recommend the company for anyone seeking LT stay in the area

This place is horribly managed, moldy units, the theatre smells like mildew and must, everything is run down and outdated, rent prices are outrageous and did I mention the staff is horrible. Michaela is very unprofessional and Carol has complete disregard for tenants. I don’t see why anyone would live in this establishment, especially at the price they pay.

I do not recommend the Regency apartment in Providence, RI. The apartments are over-priced. To make matters worst they give you a key fob to enter the so-called secure lobby entry way to the elevators which give access to all the apartments in building 2.......however the door lock has been broken since last year November 2022 and it is now March 2023. I paid for a secure apartment complex and this is NOT secure. Whenever you place a work order they just mark it complete with no explanation why the door is still not fixed. They have no problem taking your rent money for this unsecured overpriced complex. Next, at the beginning of the year Jan. 2023, they sent out an email to all the residents in building 2 stating that we need to be moved to another furnished apartment on the complex so they can do a large scale HVAC renovation to our building. We would need to take all our necessary belongings that we would need for 1-3 months.....leave our furniture and unnecessary belongings behind and not have access to our stuff until the renovation is complete!!!! What the heck!!! These people think I do not work....I do not have a life? I do not need access to my things? Come to find out a couple weeks ago the cancelled the renovation. Trust me, they will be planning to do it again. Do NOT Rent at the Regency!!! Run far and fast.

Rude and incompetent staff, poor pest control, mold in air vents, large pot-holes in parking lot, concern for structural integrity of building, abusive and poor management. Significant delays in maintenance. Several physician residents had to be rehomed because of maintenance, quite difficult for those working 80 hours a week. Misplaced a key and simply needed a copy. The manager passive aggressively threatened to have my locks changed when I had left my house key at work in a known location and simply needed access to my apartment that evening, and to again lock the door at 5am when I leave for work. Everything here is complicated, including receipt of packages. The staff lose packages, and it's like they never quite equipped themselves to receive packages with the advent of Amazon. DO NOT RENT HERE.

I don't even know his name, but one middle aged, bald staff member is so rude and condescending every single time. I'm beginning to question if he's just racist and act like this just because I'm not white? I don't get how he managed to work here for so long.

I visited RIBBA. The offices are beautiful and love the fact that there was parking.

I've lived at the Regency for almost 1 year, and overall would recommend it. However I'm not sure I'd describe it as "luxury" housing due to a few small issues/factors. For example, it took months after my move-in to get a missing shelf for my fridge, you can't dial the callbox outside building 1's parking lot without exiting your car, the carpeting and lighting on resident floors is outdated, etc. I'm also confused by the building's waste management; I was told that the trash collected near the mailboxes (so mostly paper) is recycled which is clearly untrue since other trash is mixed in, and the signs inside each floor's trash rooms are unclear (see photo). This isn't unpleasant per se, but sustainability is very important to me so I'd love to see improvements made here. Again though, I'm comfortable living here and think the location and price are very good. Marina Plowman in leasing is also helpful and communicative.
