I’d like to say that when I called for information on a desktop walked me through on which one is best and told me on how the agreement would work with them , I also had to return the product because someone I got me a desktop two days after. Cindy and the store manager was super nice with me was a great job by them.

If I could give you zero I would give it to you, the worst experience I have had, both the manager and the ladies who work as customer service are the worst, they do not know what education or customer service is, in this store everything was different but right now it is the worst as a store with that staff they have

I had a good experience and your manager. Emily was fantastic treating me great I have been a Rent-A-Center customer for over 10 years and I had the best experience with Emily as a manager, then with anybody else.

Had an issue that wanted to resolve at the Hartford ave location in providence spoke with Emily very rude won't recommend this location as I'm seeing reviews here it's all the same person

Tried to speak with a lady called Emily about a situation she was extremely rude don't recommend this store for business they need to re train her how to speak to people you can't resolve any issues with her
