New management is phenomenal. The staff are friendly and helpful, the store is clean, and the prices are fair. They have a lot of products for bakers/food businesses and really seem to care about the community. Highly recommend!

Convenient location, nice folks, but man... a lot of the food is more expensive than buying it at the grocery store. It's like the restaurant supply equivalent of a convenience store-- It's fine in a pinch if you need something for service last minute but it's way too expensive to use normally. I gotta think if they brought their prices down a little they'd do enough volume to make up for it, but I'm not in that business so who knows.

Great friendly staff with knowledge of all items in the store. Items are SIZEABLE for both home cooks and restaurants . They supply our lodge with many needed items at a good price. They have some items you cannot get a the BIG place.

Open to the public. Lots of good finds like giant bags of shredded pizza cheese for cheap and all sorts of togo containers. Tubs of buttercream. Giant cans of chocolate pudding and restaurant size tubs of Nutella. Definitely going to hit this place up before heading to Party City before my next shindig.

Great supply store, could use more product selection for cake decorating and baking. This location is bigger then the Worcester, Ma location. Staff was super helpful, even carrying items to my car.
