I rented from them for about a month or so. Very nice people, absolutely, no hassle trying to obtain a vehicle. However, i'm unsure why people are claiming that they put false insurance claims in, when you're smart, you'll take pictures to cover your own tracks. But I would definitely recommend them! Took my car to get repaired here after I was in a car accident. They did an amazing job on my car and I had a nice rental into My car was done being repaired This is the only place I take my car to get repaired. Great job Richmond.
