My first professional haircut in YEARS & JiJi did an amazing job. I went in kind of vague on what I wanted, and left with both an incredible haircut + some really good tips for how I'd like to style moving forward!

I love the experience at Salon Bianco. Scheduling through text was so accessible and easy! They asked great questions to match me with the perfect stylist. Jiji knows what's up! She helped me figure out what style I wanted and executed it perfectly. The atmosphere is very welcoming, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and neuroinclusive! As an autistic person, I've never felt so comfortable during a hair cut. 25/10 will be going back!

I am so happy I connected with this salon. Very friendly and great atmosphere. They are LGBTQ+ friendly. Holly was so polite at the desk and JiJi just made me feel/look like a brand new woman. I'd definitely recommend ❤️

I cannot say enough about salon Bianco. I've been going there for years now and the staff has always been amazing, my hairstylist Amy has met every demand I've had with ease and amazing hair knowledge and skills. Highly recommend this place.

I had just bad, painful and most expensive hair cut. It was nothing fancy just regular haircut costing me $120 with tips. While blow drying, my scalp was totally burning, I felt like the heat was too too much for me. But, I felt like not being rude and kept on getting tortured with the heat and pain. Now, I have rashes on my scalp which I never ever had in my entire life. I regret of giving the tips now. I had worked in service industry in the past and did it, but I did not like the service here at all.

Mackenzie did my hair for my wedding day and I absolutely LOVED it!! I was very nervous about getting my hair professionally done on my wedding given past poor experiences I've had as a bridesmaid. Mackenzie was a breathe of fresh air - she truly listened to me and brought my vision to life. She was so kind and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Mackenzie for your wedding day hair!

We just got married May 20! It was an amazing day, in large part due to my fantastic hair and makeup artists, McKenzie Enright and Amanda Melo (done at Salon Bianco). We currently only have family-taken photos, but I will update the post when our professional photos come back.I live in Federal Hill so discovered McKenzie at Salon Bianco, and she put me at ease immediately, which I knew would help on my wedding day. She recommended Amanda Melo for makeup, as McKenzie is in the wedding industry and used Amanda for her own recent wedding, and said she was the best in the business. I could not agree more! Both McKenzie and Amanda were kind and calming be with, and more importantly, they were meticulous and made sure my hair and makeup was exactly what I wanted and looked perfect. I felt beautiful. The best thing was that everything held up all 12 hours despite running around in the rain for photos for two hours in the afternoon. I honestly don’t know how they did it, but my photos at the end of the night were just as good as my photos at the beginning of the day.
