I spent 15 minutes waiting just to tell me that they can't cash my check before me there was another lady she waited for 20 minutes got to the window just to be told to wait so she left she called the manager to report it but they make her look like she was the problem I'm just closing my accounts ignorant people avoid this bank

Went there to deposit a check for my client who is unable to walk and get around all I was doing was depositing a check not getting any cash was told she had to be there or I would have to open up an account just to make a deposit into her account they were very rude even the manager was very rude my client's been with her bank for over 20 years now she's going to take her money out I think everybody should take their money out of Santander Bank

Recently I was in Federal Hill and needed to get some cash, the Bank of America ATM was about 2-3 blocks away but the Santander ATM was just across from where I was (DePasquale square). The location is convenient to the busiest section of Federal Hill. I walked over, got my cash and continued with my walk around the Hill.

Lazy and rude manager who is not willing to help. And gave me wrong information. My car got repossessed and i paid everything to get the car back and i paid a month payment in advance and they made a mistake instead it showed on my account that i owe a month payment and I received a late payment fee and a fico score reduced. Not only that but they never took it off and they told me it was fixed but what they increased my principal. The manager in this location told me to go to the dealership to solve the bank issue. So if you was a bank manager who tells people to go to a dealership to fix a bank problem then This only proves that non of the phone agents or the female manager has gone to college and they can't tell the difference between debit and credit and how to fix a wrong transaction. I would highly recommend to skip getting auto loans from Santander in general. They will force you to take matters to court which I'm doing now

I just went there on a Saturday , they’re supposed to close at 1pm instead they closed at 12pm with no explanation provided to the customers. Very unprofessional.

Seriously poor service. The women working there dont know what they are doing and wasting peoples time. Said they were having a technical problem and they were all standing around talking instead of figuring out the proplem or calling IT.

I actually liked this bank until I had to deal with a heavyset teller named Celine (sp?) I walked in about 6:30pm there were 4 tellers working but they all proceeded to ignore me and go on with their convo. No be with you in a moment, or sorry for the wait. After standing there for a few minutes I ASKED to be helped and Celine who applied for a job working with people acted as if I was bothering her and she was completely rude throughout the whole transaction. I also have the entire thing recorded on my cell. After getting into my car I immediately called and asked to speak with a manager and Celine answered!! And said SHE was the manager even though her name tag didn’t say she was. I recorded that as well and will be contacting corporate and removing my money from this bank, they don’t care there a numerous reviews of the tellers unprofessional and rude behavior I hope they get robbed

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Ive literally heard them talking trash about customers as soon as they leave. Ive been using this bank for 2 years and feel like a stranger to them. After waiting in line for 30 minutes (Yes 30 minutes) only to be to that they had to “reset their systemâ€. I closed my account and signed up for real bank at Bank of America.

Deceiptful bank that offers a sign up bonus then won't pay them after meeting all the requirements. I'm fighting with them now for the $225 bonus offered last fall. Santander ATMs everywhere are the slowest on the planet.

This is my bank I use all the time. Conveniently located on federal hill. In the midst of all the restaurants. We opened an account and everything went great. The gentlemen who helped us was awesome and the manager was even friendlier. They helped us transfer our credit card from chase to them. All smooth. Sometimes you can find yourself waiting a while because there is only like one agent on to help, other then that. Suits my bank needs
