Fantastic service is normal for this location. Branch manager Sharon is delightful to deal with and financial adviser Yalisa is very professional and helpful in all situations.

This location is understaffed so there’s usually a long wait. I’ve had a couple of poor experiences at this specific location.

To whoever at Santander may care to be concerned, When Proximity & Multiple Locations are not enough to keep your average working stiffs happy... you should be reconsidering Customer Service/Care practices... I'm just saying
