Savers is a thrift store known for its really large selection of clothing, accessories, and household goods across many sizes and styles. Customers often describe the experience as treasure hunting, where they always seem to find something, including gently used items like shoes, big and tall shorts, tank tops, and name brand cookware. The store is generally well organized. Prices are widely viewed as fair and affordable, especially compared to other thrift stores where prices are seen as unfairly high. Specific items like clothing are often priced between $5 and $10 each. The staff receives consistent praise, described as amazing, kind, patient, flexible, genuinely friendly, and helpful. Employees are acknowledged for providing great customer service, including pleasant exchanges and accommodating requests like price adjustments. A common point of feedback is that the store no longer has fitting rooms, which is noted as an inconvenience. Some housewares items are occasionally seen as priced a bit high. Overall, experiences at Savers are frequently positive, with customers returning over years and finding sales just as good as before.

I always seem to find something when I go treasure hunting here. The store is pretty well organized. I've been lucky enough to find a pair of shoes the last two times that I have gone to look around.
