Cindy And April truly are Amazing at what they do. They are beyond helpfully and informative. No matter the time they will answer your question/ concern. Through out our process of purchasing our first home they were always patient with us and willing to walk us through every detail. Aprils enthusiasm is so contagious. Of our experience with lenders, our interaction with Semper has been the most disheartening. Our main complaint, amongst a few things, is the fact that they dragged their feet on locking in a rate, costing us hundreds of dollars a month. Purchasing a house really doesn't have to be all that stressful, but they were by far the weakest link in our buying process. I would recommend going with a different lender or at the very least shopping around thoroughly - this company really isn't going to work in your best interest.

I would not reccomend anyone doing business with Semper or any affiliated company they work with, including Realtors who reccomend you use them. I'd shop around for better rates and pricing as smaller mortgage companies don't always have better rates and pricing on mortgages. I do not like working with incompetent people who either don't know or care about what they are doing. The Mortgage Industry is one of the largest so I'd recommend trying to find one that knows what they are doing and not full of crap.

TJ Curran and Zacary Simoneau of Semper Home Loans, Inc. were a pleasure to work with for financing the purchase of a house in Massachusetts. Being first time home buyers, it was reassuring to know we were supported by a very experienced and highly recommended team. From the beginning, our loan officer, TJ, explained in detail the loan application process, his analysis of market conditions and impacts on rates, and what to expect over the course of the approval process. He also helped us build our closing team in recommending industry professionals in the insurance and legal space. TJ and team are very communicative and available to answer questions by phone and email (always promptly). Semper utilizes an online portal, which made uploading and signing documentation very easy, as well as tracking status of the loan application and approvals. It was a modern and easy digital experience coupled with excellent personal service from the team. TJ and team also kept our real estate agent updated, and worked seamlessly with our insurance agent and attorney behind the scenes. We ultimately received a lower than expected rate thanks to TJ's industry knowledge and closed on time. Do not hesitate to contact these professionals for your mortgage needs.

I accepted a bid from a buyer that Semper Home Loans gave a pre-approval to. Long story short, two days before closing the bank denies their loan because their income could not be verified— how do you give a pre-approval and then deny it?!?!? My house was out of the market since June and I had to scramble to find a new buyer, cost me being unable to close on my single family home, and set off a domino of fees and costs! Stay clear from this place!
