Something always wrong with the pumps and fuel rewards doesn't work.

It is an inconsistent business. Whether it is incorrect prices, no receipt paper at the pumps for months, lottery unavailable, no lights on in the parking lot in the pitch blackness ect.. IMHO the OWNERSHIP doesn't care. It is pointless to blame staff. It starts with pride in ownership.
