“Had great experience with the Printing department at Staples in Providence RI. They made infomal recommendations regarding the types of applications needed to format the document. At the store, the associate was very patient. She printed out the program on two types of paper and worked with us to correct a photo that was distorted. Fast turnaround for printing job with fold in it.”
“I had purchased a mattress from Amazon, which I needed to return. I spoke to 6 people at Amazon who told me, eventually, that if I brought it to UPS, they would package and ship it. Once I arrived, the store manager went above and beyond to accommodate me, helping me wrap and tape the mattress. The best UPS experience ever!”

“Girl at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. Parking isn't great so I had to walk which was difficult since I have a back injury. They only have 2 parking spots dedicated to them and pulling in and out of the small lot is horrible. Quick and easy service tho”
“I’ve lived in the area over 20 years. And although the postal workers have changed over the years they have always remained as some of the kindest in all of the city. This continues to remain my favorite station and has a small town/neighborhood feel to it.”

“I've been using this post office for years & have never had an issue. There's only long lines around nov-dec for obvious reasons. Staff is always helpful, location is much more convenient than the downtown location (parking always a nightmare), & the Corliss location is fine but it's ALWAYS so busy. Parking on Smith has never been an issue, or if you take public transportation, the bus (57 or 56 line) runs approx every 20 min & drops very close by. It is sometimes hard to spot since it's in the same building as a Mexican food restaurant & sits next to the Rhode Island credit union.”
“I have a question I'm not even sure if you can answer it I had ordered some items to which they said it was delivered but I never got it or signed for it the driver told them he left it at the post office what can I do to see if it's thee I don't have a tracking number I just have a message saying if I didn't get my packages to check with the post office.”
