Manager CJ was a crude and obnoxious sales man. He was condescending to a new employee which was so inappropriate. I couldn’t wait to get out of the store and visit the East Greenwich location where I have always had a courteous and calm experience.

First , after 12 years of never missing a bill my phone is shut off last month. Little did I know that T-Mobile purchases Sprint without so much as a warning. I pay by check and , I guess, they stopped sending bills by mail again with no warning. When is called to get my phone up and running again it was never explained to me that the company was sold . This month it happens again. I go thru the whole process of waiting on hold and going thru the bull needed to get the phone working again. This is when I find out I'm with another company. Surprise!!!! It is time now to look for a new company that is more transparent in their business practices. After never missing a payment for 12 years one might think that a call, an email, something would have been done to warn me .

Bought the Internet home service from Tiffany at this store at the beginning of October 2023. I tried it, and it didn't work for me, so I decided to return it at the end of the month. I brought back the equipment and gave it to Tiffany. However, she directed me to call the 800 number to cancel the service after receiving the equipment and checking my ID/acct, etc. I called the 800 number and spoke with 10 people, all from the Philippines call center. Every single person said I cannot cancel the service because I have to be at the store in front of Tiffany. One of the 10 people (a manager) tried to call the store and couldn't get through because the phone number listed isn't the correct phone number. She decided to call the other store at Providence Place, which an employee said he couldn't do anything about and pretty much asked me to go back to the store to speak with Tiffany. A couple of days ago, I went back to this store, and Tiffany wasn't there, and the person pretty much said to come back because he had too many other people in line waiting to be helped. At this point, my service is still active, and I cannot cancel the service I no longer have or want.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this T-Mobile location. It seemed like all they did was deceive people and add unnecessary charges to their accounts. I had an interaction with an employee named Tiffany, and it felt like a complete scam. She added several items to my account without my consent, and when I questioned her, she assured me that my monthly bill would be significantly different from what I initially agreed to.When I was making a purchase, Tiffany was pleasant and helpful, but the moment I returned to the store to return the item I purchased, it was a completely different story. I had to go to another store and contact customer service to straighten things out and get the fair pricing I initially wanted.Upon returning the phone within the 14-day window, the manager came from the back of the store and proceeded to argue with me. He insisted on charging a $70 restocking fee, which I later found out was untrue. On my return receipt from another store, the restocking fee was only $40. To make matters worse, the manager raised his voice and yelled at me, telling me to got out his store.This was a highly disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this particular T-Mobile location.

I recently returned from the UK to the US and visited this store in an attempt to acquire two new mobile numbers. While setting up my numbers, I dealt with a young lady named Tiffany. Throughout the process, she persistently tried to sell me an internet box, and though I was initially willing to give it a try, it turned out not to be suitable for my needs. Subsequently, I returned it within the 14-day trial period. Unfortunately, the day I returned the item, the store was rather busy.At that time, a gentleman named CJ, whose name tag I cannot confirm the authenticity of, declined to accept the return. We had only had the internet box for a week, and we couldn't fathom why he would refuse to accommodate our request. To our surprise, CJ displayed an unwarranted hostility and insisted that we leave the store.This experience was exceptionally disheartening, and it is with regret that I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of service and treatment we received at this establishment.

Jun saved my life today! I completely messed up and he was super patient and empathetic! The whole staff could not have been better. Everyone was nice and helpful. Cannot recommend this tmobile location enough!!! 10/10 highly highly recommend!!!!!

Had a greattt experience !! Tiffany and CJ were phenomenal. I went into the store just to get some ideas , I was a bit apprehensive about switching to T-Mobile but they gave me an amazing deal and talked me through the process so I knew step by step what was going on ! 10/10 recommend them to everyone who wants a easy transition, you won’t be disappointed . Couldn’t be happier thank you two soo much AGAIN .

Not only were Tiffany and Cj extremely pleasant to deal with, they stopped me from closing my line and seeking an alternate cell phone company. Very happy with my visit today. Highly recommend this location.

I went to go the the store to get my screen protector replace with my daughter and CJ the manager is very rude, I think he is racist or some thing just because I'm a Spanish, he did not want to listen to the customer saying. In the end he did not give use the screen protector and call the police on me ask me to left the store. I would not recemented to work with the manager CJ.
