The employees in the printing department are some of the most disrespectful retail workers I’ve ever seen. Not to me directly but I was waiting for my pick up and watching the interactions they had with customers was just sad. Bleach blonde girl continuously rolling her eyes with an attitude, swearing under her breath and literally left on her break in the middle of helping someone. Taller brunette with an obnoxious lanyard of keys (I assume the manager?) snaps at a customer for…leaving a piece of paper on the counter instead of just politely giving it back to him. Like GUYS I also work in retail for a living so I get it, but these people are nasty. Mean spirited. 20 minute wait for a pick up that was already completed btw because they just ignore you, and if you speak up they snap at you. Crazy.

Space, I like my space. Like seriously, I don't even like being close to my mother and I adore her ? Aspie trait.I otherwise like the store itself, it's peaceful and I can compare the pricing and quality of items. I like finding new office supplies I didn't know existed.

Deserves no stars. This is the second time I came to this location and requested assistance locating an item and was left there standing there was no assistance even though the cashier called for help. Don't waste your time going to this location.

I have had 2 great experiences with the printing team. They have gotten me what I needed as fast as possible. I'm glad to have such kind well knowledged individuals helping me whenever I need.

This Staples location could use some TLC. I'm a frequent flier here to use the printing services, & it's never an easy errand. The whole print service section is wicked confusing & inefficient. You can never really tell who is in line, who is waiting for a machine, who is waiting for mail services, who is waiting for something else... At least 2 of the self-service printing machines are out of order at any given time. Sometimes the pre-authorization doesn't work on the machines, requiring staff assistance to get your project started. One time I spent $20 or so on a print project, only to realize when I got home that it all came out blurry. (Partly my fault for not checking the product while I was there.) The staff is generally pretty helpful, although a few times I was waiting at the counter & I SWEAR I was being ignored on purpose. At chain stores like these, if/when the employees are being miserable, my mind immediately goes to blame management/pay rather than the miserable employees themselves. I'll still continue to come back to this location until I give up & buy myself a printer so that I can just print at home. I just hope to see some changes in the whole operation.

Their staff is very slow. They ignore customers standing waiting for service even something as simple as picking your prints. I asked them to fold 30 pages (that I had been forced to print in self serve since the work wasted dome after almost 24 hours) and they were not willing to do unless I paid extra for them to do it right away. I print a monthly newsletter there and I will not be returning. Better to go buy myself a printer.

I went in and took a visa photo today, the guy only took one for me. I was not satisfied with the picture has my eyes half closed! I want to retake it, but he kept saying that how everyone looks.. I ended up paying 40$ for the photo of me looking like I am half asleep...

Do not go here for TSA Precheck. I made an appointment, drove 90 mins to get there. When I finally made it there the only person trained to complete TSA Precheck had clocked out early for the day, despite my appointment. A waste of 3 hours and a tank of gas. Awful customer service.

Over the past few years, this store has felt worn down. Everything I would expect to see stocked here is stocked. So it’s not an issue of bare shelves. And it might really just be that walking through the computer section feels anachronistic. Like maybe this Staples should have been selling computers and monitors in the 2000s. But even in 2022 it feels like the monitors and laptops are the same tech as from them.
