Must say this is one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered with ANY dry cleaning services. First of all, one of my Brooks Brother shirt was ruined. After speaking with Joe, he mentioned they would replace the shirt for a new one. I was pleasantly surprised, we shook hands and I thanked Joe very much for the new shirt that was replaced, or so I thought. The shirt was never bought new, it was repaired and given back to me as a new shirt?! Joe had the audacity to lie right to my face? I even thanked him for the new shirt and he acknowledged it. I get it, business' can make mistakes and at times, very reluctant to fix the issue. But to flat out lie to me? Such a cowardly act by grown men. Not to mention even when I saw him at the gym(yesterday), I mentioned I'd swing by to drop my stuff off. Well I felt like a complete donkey once I found out(yesterday as I got dressed)my shirt was repaired and never replaced. If they have to try and BS their way out of replacing a $99 dress shirt, well you're not getting my business anymore and I rest assure you, I will voice this out on all social media possible. It's truly sad(and pathetic)that these types of business think they can ruin someones clothing and that be ok?! But hey, I can go to bed at night knowing I don't lie to my customers, nothing but transparency with me. Sad day when a business owner looks right at you, shakes hands and tells you it's a brand new dress shirt?!
