Lidia did a fantastic job with cutting my short silver hair, as always. I’ve been going to this location for close to 15 years.
Unfortunately this time I was greeted by a hand printed sign stating “Cash Only” and when I stopped at the desk to check in, a very bored looking person came forward and I said, I cannot pay with cash, she informed me that there was an ATM in the CVS. I said I won’t go to an ATM in a store, let alone one that’s not my bank.
Another stylist, possibly the manager came forward and I asked her. She claimed that they were informing people who had checked in on the app, which I did over an hour and a half earlier! She said they were having trouble with their machine. They did take my card, it went through easily and I left there feeling very odd that as a loyal customer, I had been hassled by other people who expected me to jump through hoops to pay for my haircut.
The bored woman needs a customer service lesson. Smile and apologize if you have inconvenienced the customer would be lesson 1. Sigh. If it weren’t for the stylist I like, I would never go back to this location again.

Booked a wash and blow dry during my break because I was planning on going out in the evening after work and thought it'd be a nice treat/self confidence boost. I walked in on time and sat in the waiting area after being asked if I had an appointment (I did) while two of the three stylists finished up with their clients. Once they were done, both stylists left leaving only one. She told me she couldn't do the wash and blow dry and that the only other stylist who could just went on break. This was already 15 minutes later than my scheduled appointment. She asked if I wanted to reschedule or come back later once the other stylist returned from her break, but I had to get back to work. I hate feeling like a Karen or leaving bad reviews, but I was really looking forward to it, and it was disappointing there was no apology or explanation for the mix up. I don't really understand the point of making an appointment for specific services if they can't be provided...? Maybe it's a website issue? Oh well :(

Amber did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair. I highly recommend her. She cleaned up the haircut I had in New York.

Reliably good hair cuts at reasonable prices. While I no longer have hair in sufficient quantity for styling, from what I’ve seen, the stylists do a more than satisfactory job there as well

My walk in appointment with Courtney was perfect. I will be coming back to visit her again. She knew exactly what I was looking for in my haircut style. Courtney was very pleasant and sweet during my time in the chair. She is very professional and good and what she does.
