I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer since my first cellphone many many years ago. T-Mobile Tuesdays is a program that thanks T-Mobile customers with free stuff, great deals, and exclusive offers every Tuesday--just for being a T-Mobile customer. This program launched in 2016. Recently the T-Mobile Tuesdays app got updated to the T Life app. The app is free to download. On some Tuesdays, T-Mobile offers free physical items for customers to redeem via the app and pick up in-store. Some of those items are reusable tote, winter blanket, socks in honor of Pride Month, a notebook in honor of Black History Month, Halloween "Trick-or-Treat" bucket, and so much more. This T-Mobile store located on Level 3, near Boscov's, always has the free items in stock and I never had any trouble redeeming it. At times, you may have to wait for a staff member to assist you but the staff are always friendly. Download the T Life app if you have T-Mobile and haven't done so already.

I went into this location for a simple phone upgrade. Jasmine was very kind and I absolutely understand that she was in training (based on the date on her badge), my complaint was that no one was helping her handle my exchange. The fact that I ended up being bumped between several employees because of several mistakes along the way and, more importantly, the fact that this location didn't have fully functioning internet, meant that exchanging my phone took several hours.

We were assisted by Rolando. By far the absolute best phone experience ever!!!!! He was patient, took his time explaining everything, and very knowledgeable. Honestly, I dreaded going for new phones. If you have or are switching to T Mobile, it will be worth the trip to see Rolando.

A few very informed staff members helped me but it was Mr Lenny who helped open my account. He brought to my attention several great deals that were mentioned only for my benefit (rather than for the TMobile) like phone upgrades and free lines. What a great experience here!

T-MOBILE, give Rolando a raise. Not only does the man know what he's doing, he multitasks better than anybody. Other phone companies just care about getting new customers and not taking care of existing customers. As long as T-Mobile shows that they care about their existing customers,I will forever be one.

Unless TMobile offered better deals for their veteran customers there is no point, every offer I click on that says zero down ends up wanting a deposit, ever csr I ask has no answers and can't help me with any of the offers, at the end of the day I'll be switching to Verizon, at least their offers are exactly as they say, and offer a better discount to military veterans, the service I have received from T-Mobile is sub par and disapointing

I started doing some shopping around for cellphone service providers....I have ATT, but their customer service at the store in the Providence Place Mall is not great, so I decided to check the competition. The people at T-Mobile were nice, but very busy. Their plans are attractive, but after doing some research, I've found out that their network, which includes the old Sprint is not as reliable as ATT's. T-Mobile is the brand name used by some of the mobile communications subsidiaries of the German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom. T-Mobile US provides wireless voice, messaging, and data services in the United States mainland including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands under the T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile brands. In the past, J. D. Power and Associates, ranked the company highest among major wireless carriers for retail-store satisfaction four years consecutively and highest for wireless customer care two years consecutively.

All T mobiles are terrible but this one really takes the cake. There is literally one employee that knows what she’s doing. Back and forth back after they sent me back to Apple (claiming Apple messed something up when their employees clearly did). Tell me my replacement phone doesn’t work on their network (phone I got replaced under THEIR insurance). Turns out Apple was right, T Mobile sucks. Went back to T Mobile, insisted they could actually activate the phone (after they wanted to send me BACK to Apple again). Employees are lazy and don’t want to work.. go somewhere else. They’ll just send you to Apple again, lying about how their T Mobile employees messed up when it was clearly NOT Apple. If Apple didn’t change anything funny how T Mobile ended up being able to activate the phone (that they claimed doesn’t work on their network)
