Love the Staff ! Very helpful and warming ! Will Be Back For Sure ! I had a problem with T-Mobile and they resolved the problem for me so quick ! The Maneger is amazing and the staff is too !

First of all, these people need to take some serious customer service classes before they attempt to do business with other people. they need to know and learn that customers are always and will be the priority, not them. they need to be educated to learn how to speak to customers, they need to learn manners to deal with customers. my story is that I tried so hard with these people to get my mom's phone plan to work properly, and instead of resolving our issue, they treated us with no respect, especially the guy with tattoos, he acted so unprofessional, I bet he took our issue as personal. WRONG!!! ..we were very calm. Then I went back home and later on I tried to resolve the issue with the manager over the phone, but immediately she started to blame other companies, which that was not the issue on our case. in conclusion she made us lose our money. I wasted a lot of my precious time trying to deal with these people (3 days to be exact) I did all that struggle just to make my mom happy, and there was not even a little of consideration on their part. I called the company and they told me that she(the manager) was supposed to handle that issue with a simple phone call, but she did not do it. I will never go to this place again, even if it is the only phone place left in the world, and I encourage other people to do the same, yes, do not do business with these people.

The girls in the front counter have no idea what they're doing. I was told that an IPhone 6 was an IPhone 6s (luckily I looked at he sticker and it was clearly a 6 and not a 6s).However, I decided to purchase the 6s for about $450. The young lady told me that I can be out on a payment plan in which I can control how many times a month I pay until I reach the total. What I did not know at the time was that the payment plan was from a 3rd party, in which I would be charged more than the phone actually cost. Now I'm paying nearly $1300 for this phone and cannot back out of it without handing in the phone to the 3rd party (SmartPay). You guys DID NOT tell me this and completely scammed me out of 400+ dollars. DO NOT GO HERE.
