We LOVE the barking lot! Our two frenchies go for both daycare and boarding, and are so well taken care of. You can tell the staff and owner truly care about the wellbeing of the dogs and take pride in providing a safe and clean environment. One of our dogs has some medical conditions and prescriptions, and the owner has always taken extra time to understand our pup’s needs while in their care.
Whenever they are boarded, we receive nightly texts and updates in addition to the daily photos that are posted on Facebook - it’s awesome to see the dogs having such a great time. Would recommend TBL to anyone in the RI area looking for dog care!

My dog, Nolah, was so well taken care of. I love the updates and pics that Shannon kept sending me over the weekend. I can see that Nolah, who hesitates to approach other dogs, is encouraged to socialize and is getting more comfortable with it. Today, I picked her up and she smelled good, was fluffy, and looked clean ... so I suspect they gave her a bath! I'm grateful for this place, as it eases my conscience when I have to travel.

I haven’t even been there. All I did was call for some information so my dog can attend the barking lot and wow! The person I was on the phone with was so patient, so informative, I’m so impressed by the customer service I received. Whether my dog goes there or not, im sure it’s a great and safe place.

Would avoid boarding. Animals are kept in a tiny cubical. My animal had PTSD after staying here.

All my 3 dogs love going there. Can you believe that the staffs there know every dog by their name? My dogs always very excited when they hear ' want to go school ?'. And come home totally exhausted but happy.

From my first inquiry, each team member has been extremely professional, friendly and helpful and has guided me through the process each step of the way. They all showed genuine care and went above and beyond to make sure my lovey was ready for his first boarding appointment. He was totally pooped after his first meet and greet which is a good sign! I’m so excited for him to enjoy another day of day care with his new pals! <3

I was very nervous to get a groomer since my dog has had past traumatizing experiences with a groomer. The people here are nothing short of excellent. From their ability to calm my dog to their compassion I truly couldn’t ask for better
