Hello, i went with my grandma on Tuesday to get some legos for my custom lego model train. I'm 14 using her account. We got the pieces. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. We left and came back asking for a brick separator. They gave us one for free. Those guys were very caring about the place and made us laugh.

Every time I walk into the store I turn 8yrs old again. Such a welcoming atmosphere with all the cool sets around. The staff is super friendly & helpful. Shelves are always stocked fully. People there to help or just to talk about your growing curiosity about Lego's in general. Can't wait to head back & get some more sets.

The “huge” LEGO minifigure just got my attention once I stepped in the store, this LEGO store has a variety of LEGO collections and provides a family friendly atmosphere to kids of all ages.

Absolute terrible service. The people who work here lie constantly. And they have no idea what’s going on. We were supposed to come here to make a steering wheel for Formula One today and they told us that the steering wheel making started at noon. It is currently 1205 and they said they’re all out. This is typical of the staff that doesn’t know what’s going on. They obviously open the store at 11 and gave out all the steering wheels and now I have two kids who were sad that they are not able to make anything. Thanks a lot Lego terrible service.

Extremely poor customer service. Charged me $280 erroneously and then refused to refund it without me calling the Lego customer service, no offer for additional help despite it being their fault. The manager Nico was especially unhelpful and dismissive.

Excellent store, well laid out and accessible to all kids 0-99! The staff were helpful and patient with everyone. We really enjoyed that there was a sensory spot for anyone who was overwhelmed by the store. Great job as always Lego!
