Just experienced some amazing professional service at The North Face at Providence Place. Assistance was first class. Big thank you to Mario a worker at the store who had actually finished work and was on his way out when he jumped behind the counter to serve us and assist with a duffle bag he had put away for us. These products use to be good. Now, they are very bad quality. I just bought gloves a week ago and they ripped. When I went to the store. They asked me for the receipt. I didn’t have it. They are “shipping” the gloves somewhere to get them fixed.
I lost time, money and my patience for buying at North Face. I hope you don’t have to go through the same.

Love shopping here especially around the holiday season. Easy to find a wide range of styles, best-sellers, sale items, sizes. Impeccable customer service and warm greetings without feeling any pressure around the store. Shout out to Mario and Grace for their patience and kindness when it came to finding items on the floor and checking out.

Mario and Donovan were so helpful! My son is between sizes and they took the time to suggest different styles, look for colors, and were just so helpful! It was the end of the day on Saturday just before the store closed and it’s the holidays and they just made everything so easy! They informed me about upcoming promotions and I will definitely be back to take advantage

This was the 3rd North Face location I visited looking for a specific item. Aaron was extremely helpful and attentive. Even on a busy day such as Black Friday. We need more people like Aaron in the customer service industry!

Andrew M provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I would like him to be recognized. EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all coats in store and even more importantly, willing to take the time and patience required to explain everything about the the technology behind each coat in laymen’s terms for us to understand. He understood the differences between what a parent wants for their child in a coat vs what the child would want. Due to his customer service skills, I bought two coats instead of one at the perfect price. Thank you Andrew

Love the workout selection! The staff were very helpful and the store had a lot of outdoor gears and winter items.The store is well organized and easy to navigate. There are sale items that give a generous discount on the clothing items!

Much of the stuff in the store you can find online for cheaper. Also, the store itself is fairly small and doesn't have many products.

Best experience ever ! The employee Indy helped me to the max she went out of her way to check in the back if there was a jacket that I wanted and luckily their was !! She made my night thank you so much for going above and beyond happy customer !!
