I absolutely adore Tiffany jewelry, I own a few pieces but this was my first in store experience. It was wonderful, we were greeted right away by 3 people: a gentleman who held the door for us, and 2 ladies. I needed my necklace cleaned and I wanted to pick out a ring for my birthday. My necklace was taken care of in a timely manner and it is shining again. Jillian was the young lady who assisted me in shopping & she was so kind, confident & helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I also love that we were offered a beverage while there. I would absolutely go back to this location and I will continue to shop with Tiffany & Co.

Every time I go in, the only smile I see is from the young man greeting people as they walk in. He is very approachable and kind. I asked an older lady for a ring with alexandrite, but only received a dirty look and the response "what?" As if I made up the stone's existence! I had to tell the lady I was broke just to get out of there!If I'm going to drop 7k on a ring, I at least want a smile to come with it. I want to go into a store and feel welcomed, not leaving feeling like I have no idea what jewlery is.. these people will treat you like they're at the top and you're at the bottom.

A week ago, I went to Tiffany store in Providence store with my son and requested to clean my rings, and Natasha looked over me from head to toes and my son as well, then two words came from her mouth 48 hours! I was shocked and asked what 48 hours. She said 48 hours again. I explained to her again I just needed to clean my rings like I used to do so just walk in and clean them. Then, two words was pushed out from her mouth again 48 hours. I was confused and requested talking to the manager, a women was called in and explained to me that they need 48 hours to do the cleaning which I still questioned about it.Because I planned to get a bracelet and wanted to see the bracelets, she asked all my personal information like my cell phone number and did some research on her iPad, then decided to get a bracelet for me to see. I asked her why she asked my phone number to show me the product. She said that was required from the company. I was shocked again. I had never ever heard about it before. After reviewing my information from their account, she even texted me to verify it was me! What???So. Yesterday I went to the store again, the salesperson did clearing for me right away, never ever said 48 hours!!! Also that person was very nice and showed me the bracelet that I wanted to see. However, Natasha just rudely jumped in and said she showed me the bracelet last week I wanted. Even I felt uncomfortably, still went to her. However, I will never go to her again to buy anything from her and let her to make commission. Also, I talked to the true manager. Manager who told me 48 hours for cleaning last week is not even the manager as well. Very disappointed customer service experience at Tiffany Providence store.

I stopped in to make a small purchase last month, and I was assisted by Denise (I think that was her name). She was so kind and helpful another store had blown me off about a recent purchase needing to be cleaned, but she took it upon herself to clean my necklace so that it looked like new again. What wonderful customer service. If I am ever back in town, I will definitely return for a visit.

Called a day before to ask questions and the woman was very helpful. Went in today for my birthday and bought a beautiful necklace. The sales associate was a sweetheart and I was welcomed warmly when I entered the store. I can’t wait to come back and buy the matching bracelet. 10/10 experience

I got this bracelet last mother’s day. I hardly wore it unless i was going out. It has also never gotten wet so I’m not sure why it’s this color. Its a pretty bracelet however I’m too embarrassed to wear it now.

Walked in looking for a very specific piece online today. I was greeted and was introduced to Liana, she was beyond helpful explaining everything to me. I was looking for a gift for my girlfriend for our Anniversary, and Liana was very helpful with recommending a different piece that I ended up going with. She was able to answer all of my questions quickly and I left feeling informed! I was very happy with the overall experience from the moment I walked in, this is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a jewelry store. Thank you again Liana!

Wonderful experience as always with the Tiffany concierge’s in the past 5-6 months working thru the process of finding the right engagement ring and band.Online / Phone assistance are as impeccable as any store .Went into PVD to review bands and both concierge’s were wonderful with knowledge and assistance .The negative reviews are misleading here .

All I have to say is how impressed I was with the incredible staff, especially Diana. She was graceful, patient and very accommodating. I had come in with my boyfriend just to look during my birthday. She offered us glasses of champagne as a celebration for my 25th birthday. She has an incredible knowledge of all the jewelry in the store and went out of her way to help us pick out the perfect necklace. I am so thankful we met her and would highly suggest anyone looking to come here ask for her help. We will be back to her in the future when we return

I've shopped at the Boston location on several occasions and have always had great service. I was in Providence yesterday and decided to stop by this location to purchase two gifts. One of the managers there, Stacy, was very rude and somewhat condescending. The security guard seemed nice, but as for the rest of the staff....I was not at all impressed. I will never shop at this location again.

This place looks really fancy at first glance, but the business is so snobby! They have a very poor selection and they are not friendly. There are a lot of hidden fees. I am never going back.

My girlfriend and I are customers of the Tiffany’s store in the Providence Place Mall. In our many visits, I’d be hard pressed to say someone could find a more accommodating staff anywhere. We’ve found everyone to be friendly, informative and not the least bit pushy.
