Only returned the uhaul truck so it was pretty straight forward since I checked out and did everything from the website but there was a uhaul guy there to take the car after I checked out online. Looks like they had a lot of trucks in their inventory.

I paid $10 for a dozen blankets, only got 6.
It took literally a whole half hour to pick up the truck because their computer systems are terrible.
Their costs are outrageous I’ll never rent a truck from this company again, as long as I live

I booked uhaul for Saturday morning. When I reached there I found that my truck was already given to another person using my details. My partner had to do the entire booking again. Lady at uhaul told me that she will follow up with this fraudulent activity. However, I continue to receive emails and updates about the booking that was supposed to be canceled on Saturday morning. I will not recommend getting a rental truck from this location in providence as the staff attitude was very careless and nonchalant.

The manager (lady) won’t inform you of crucial details regarding their charging policy. Definitely be aware of being charged a lot more than necessary due to her non transparent way of doing things.
