Very disappointed!
On Wednesday, I entrusted UPS with a package intended for my friend, utilizing your 2nd Day Air service at a cost of $40. Regrettably, the staff omitted the room number from the destination address, resulting in my friend not receiving the package as scheduled on Friday. Moreover, he did not receive any notification or call regarding the delivery attempt.
In an effort to rectify the situation, we contacted UPS to update the address. Unfortunately, the representatives we interacted with were notably impatient, and the process extended over several hours. During this time, we were assured that the package would arrive on Saturday. However, Saturday came, and the package did not arrive. My friend made a two-hour trip to the UPS store, only to be informed that the package would not arrive until the following Tuesday. This was particularly problematic as he was leaving on Saturday.
After my friend's departure, I attempted to change the delivery address. I was assured that the address would be updated promptly. However, no changes occurred in the subsequent days. Upon tracking the package, I discovered that it was delivered to my friend's original address the following Tuesday, rendering it inaccessible to him!
This experience has been exceedingly frustrating and time-consuming, leading to significant inconvenience without resolution.

The team at the UPS Store on Parsonage Street are the best! they are always friendly, knowledgeable and quick paced. It is both noticed and appreciated.

Customer service is always good IN and OUT in a flash.
Only thing that bugs me about these stores is you carry in packages why do they not have automatic doors. I carry a 15lb box in multiple times a year and think this every time. I have to pick up, put down, pick up, etc even when I have multiple boxes no one offers a cart or to help hold the door.

They packed and shipped a cello in a hard case for me. They figured out the safest and most economical way to do it and it arrived at its destination without a scratch. And they very kind throughout the process.
