Not sure why the negative reviews exist, but everyone I interacted with here and across the street was nice, friendly, and helpful. That’s different from other USPS locations I’ve visited across the country. Shout out to Dave for being a real one!☝️

Attempted delivery twice. Said that my mailbox was non-accessible though there has been nothing blocking my mailbox and unwilling to answer phone calls and this is delayed. Prescription medication for migraines and his caused severe pain due to this one of the attempted delivery days I was outside. They pulled up in front of my house. Never got out of the vehicle and just drove away

This place is horrible! No one answers the phone. Delivery mistakes abound and service stinks to high heaven. Way to go USPS, lets pour more tax dollars down this drain. If you want respect as a service then act like a service.

Employees have an attitude for some reason... Was trying to locate my package because they said address was incorrect. There was no lcear sign that who should we try to find or contact to. I understand that everyone is busy, but I waited 20+ minutes someone just ask me to come the next day. Then the next day, they said the manager wasn't on duty. Then the day after, they said package was sent back already, I should've come earlier... WUT...

There’s nothing wrong with this location. If you aren’t satisfied then it’s because you chose the cheaper price to ship something. Send them a UPS label if you’re interested in receiving the shipment.
Ladies were nice and never rude to me. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

If only I can give it a negative. No one ever answers the phone and last week I was looking forward to my books for my classes online. It said it delivered but I never received it n didn’t even get my regular mails which sent me an email of everything I was suppose to get. I went to the post office in person the next day and all he can say was it was scanned at my location and that the driver dropped it off on the porch. By the way I was home all day next to the window and didn’t see anybody coming. Which everyone mailboxes are literally right next to my window where I can see anyone who walks in and out.
