These people are so lazy! They complain abt having to do the job they get PAID for. If you’re going to have people working the front make sure they have good customer service lol. So racist if you don’t speak English they will act like you don’t exist. Lazy people complaining abt having to actually work.

I see no post office here. Don’t waste your time.

Customer service is the worst. If you go in and ask for a manager they laugh at you. Talk about you while you are standing right there-like you are not even there. The more you wait and ask for a manager, the more you get a reply of 10 more minutes, until you just leave.
This Post Office needs to be investigated and new employees need to be placed here. It has to be the biggest joke of a Post Office anywhere.

I recently visited the United States Postal Service and had an outstanding experience. Not only was I able to complete multiple errands efficiently, but the service I received was exceptional.
A special shoutout to Justin, a representative who made the entire process seamless. He guided me through the passport process, ensuring I had everything I needed. Additionally, he assisted me with packaging my goods, carefully weighing them, and thoroughly explaining each step. His professionalism and patience truly stood out.
Thanks to Justin, what could have been a lengthy process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to be in and out quickly. I genuinely appreciate his assistance and am grateful for the excellent service. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing USPS services!

Worked with Brian to find and deliver a registered mail package within a day that got mistakenly marked as delivered after an attempt to coordinate a redelivery. He was responsive, patient, kind, and followed through. An absolute gem. Thanks again, Brian!

I have had ongoing issues with this office for years. Carriers leaving mail that did not belong to me. The number of my one family house is in big, black numbers, right on the outside of the house at the top of the front stairs. I finally decided to get a PO Box, thinking that would stop the problem. Nope. Just now, for the second time, my screen door side panel was knocked in because a carrier was trying to deliver mail. I have NO mailbox plus he was going to leave mail for a different house number. And my main screen door WAS LOCKED. So he thought it was OK to bypass that, get entry onto my property and damage it. Then he got nasty and rude. I have spoken to the station manager about my problem previously...I actually got on a bus and went to the post office to complain. He's a smooth talker but doesn't solve a thing (though he said he put a notification not to deliver mail at my address because I have a PO Box. But, even after that, I got mail that didn't belong to me; not junk mail but checks, bank statements, etc). I complained to the USPS National Inspection Service about the damage but that's useless because all they do is refer your problem to the same post office. I also called the city services at City Hall for any suggestions and they said to file a police report. When I called the police, the officer said 'Absolutely' because they damaged my home. He walked me through the process and told me to inform the manager that I had done so. The manager's response was "Yes, I know the police and they know me...", meaning that it was useless to complain to the police because of his relationship with them. Today, the manager showed up at my house, the day AFTER he was supposed to come (and I waited all day for the no show; no phone call to tell me he wasn't coming.) He had an Amazon package of mine. I didn't know that Amazon uses USPS to deliver; my previous packages came by an Amazon truck or UPS or Fed-Ex. But at least he brought the package with him. BUT, when I told him that the reason I addressed it to my home is because Amazon said that particular item could not be delivered to my PO Box, his response was he 'knew people that had PO Boxes and Amazon delivers them to the box all the time.' OK, then I guess I'm lying! Made excuses for his carriers; "everybody makes mistakes". A mistake is one thing. Damaging my property because you are bypassing a locked entryway is another. A lame and lackadaisical "I apologize" as he was walking away. He never, not once, validated my being upset and the reason for it. The service in this country has deteriorated to such an extent that it's almost unbelievable. I used to be a postal carrier in rural areas; I delivered along back roads, dirt driveways that turn to mud, country dogs, no names/unreadable numbers on mailboxes. Plus we used our own vehicles. NEVER, not once, did I deliver mail where it didn't belong. NEVER did I damage someone's property. Hold your employees accountable. Retrain if necessary.

I am so tired of this post office. My house has the number on the front door. My mailbox has the names of who lives there. My house is a single family house. So why am I constantly getting mail that is not addressed here........why am I getting certified mail THAT IS NOT SIGNED BY ANYONE WHO LIVES HERE. I have made numerous complaints & the same thing continues to happen. I've gone to the post office to make a complaint & I have not received any additional information. I have left my phone number with one of the employees with a promise with a call back. WHY ARE YOUR POSTAL WORKERS SIGNING CERTIFIED MAIL. I'm sure that's illegal

I use this place for passport and the service could be better in terms of waiting. Someone made a mistake with my process but they barely paid for fast shipping, I think it was for something, either the passport or the USCIS.
