I’ve lived in the area over 20 years. And although the postal workers have changed over the years they have always remained as some of the kindest in all of the city. This continues to remain my favorite station and has a small town/neighborhood feel to it.

I went to return something, mail something out & to buy some stamps. I entered the post office only to find the area where the registers are blocked off by a metal gate. A lady walked out of a side door and informed us that the clerk had called out and another one would be there in 10 min or more. I chose to wait and I’m glad I did! A clerk walked in and quickly opened a register. Komla was his name (I asked because in his haste to help us he hadn’t pinned his name tag on yet). He was jolly and prompt and efficient yet patient enough to inform me of different options for what I was mailing. Komla’s customer service is above and beyond!

I am an out of towner staying in the area. I've gone to the post office 4 times thus far. Only once did I wait more than five minutes. The agents are extremely friendly and have consistently gone above and beyond to help me.

Recently moved to the oxford broad street area and today I had a package delivery attempt, but she didn't leave the package because it was too large to fit in my mailbox, and there was no safe and secure place available to leave the package. This is exactly how it is supposed to be done. So now, I will be able to rest easy tonight knowing that tomorrow morning at 8:30am, I will pick up my package very quickly and easily at the post office from friendly staff.I honestly don't understand how people can possibly leave a negative review to complain about the USPS; if something does happen to go wrong, they'll do everything possible to fix it. People who take the time to leave a negative review to complain about the USPS must be people who are ignorant and just don't understand how things work. I suspect people who leave negative reviews about the USPS are the same people who's entire lives are just one long string of negative experiences they always seem to have wherever they go and whomever they do business with. People who just like to complain all day and never even bother to try to understand and learn how things work first, and what is being explained and/ or told to them.

When I search usps this should be the first one to show up as it’s the nearest one I have. I have been here like 3 times and always their is a blond lady very kind. But I don’t know this place looks no so nice as others usps. I mean there are not envelops outside on hand so you need to make a line in order to get the envelop and then go back again.

This big girl that works here literally LEFT HER SHIFT with a long line because she got the wrong Wendy’s sandwich from the restaurant. She leaves this long line to one poor girl and it was just very inconsiderate. Terrible place, not to mention it was closing and she left!!!!

I dropped 50-60 small envelops and it hasn't been scanned by USPS after 2 days. This place is not reliable at all. Don't go there.

Service was somewhat fast and extremely nice and helpful. Reasons for only three star: directions on Google map took me the back way and it was difficult to find. The actual road " Bailey road" is really the parking area on the side of the building where the entrance is. The waiting area is very small and there is no automated mailing machine or stamp machine.
