Postal service is a complete drain on country,the service is horrendous mail never appears when app says it's expected to be delivered sometime you never even know what appears and what don't this waste of federal money needs to be burnt down and rebuilt with real leadership

A clerk here saved my life today. Very efficient and helpful. I had a notice left to pick up a package but the notice had no information on it and had this post office’s address on it, even though I think we usually go through the other downtown post office. The woman checked the computer and called around and found the package at the other post office. They close early so I will have to go tomorrow and end this saga, but I am so grateful to her!

The folks working at this USPS are very nice, helpful, and communicative. I’ve had issues at other branches but not this one.

Clerk was way to fast , somewhat rude and jittery. I was afraid she would make a mistake entering the address and sure enough she did. She typed in wrong address and DID NOT wait for me to check it. 3 weeks later my package is still not delivered! Horrible customer service!

The customer service was great. But that's not what the one star is for. It is for the complete lack of care and professionalism from the delivery process. I recently shipped a package that I made sure to classify as fragile. As it contained jars of sauce, flour, and other dry goods. Yet when it arrived, tlit was clear that the message was either never received or just plain ignored. The jars were shattered and sauce coated the interior of the box. The package was left on the porch with paper towels underneath it. Downright ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I'm awaiting my refund.

I prefer this location to the main USPS location because the waiting time and lines are considerably less. The USPS workers at this location have also always been very respectful, helpful, and prompt. They also have a cute selection of greeting cards. Parking is tricky in the morning, since it’s public street parking, but usually after 2-3pm on weekdays or on a Saturday, it’s not a problem.

Posted window hours on Saturdays are 8:30am-2:00pm, but at 1:25pm the door was locked and there were no humans in sight. Lame.
