Had the worst experience at this location. Staffs were so unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. I ended my service with Verizon and was told to return our modem at any closest Verizon location. So I walked in with the device around 1-2pm, they repeatedly told me there’s no way to get this returned at this location.
I asked if there is any other way to get this returned. They said “ITS ON YOU TO NOT PLAN AHEAD”
I also asked some follow up questions and They simply didn’t want to answer and help.
