Michael Garcia was amazing! My husband and I bought new phones on two different days, at a fantastic discount and both times worked Michael. He expertly and patiently led us through the process, going out of his way to contact us with information we needed. We will go back to Michael at this Verizon Store!!

I had a wonderful experience today when I turned in my “very old” phone for a new one. Sal made it happen If you need Verizon Services I hope you get Sal to assist you. He made a difficult situation seem easy and even saved me some money.

Terrible terrible experience here. My family have been Verizon customers for the past 17 years. I had the iPhone X for 6 years and was very proud of myself for waiting to get a new phone for this amount of time. I worked with someone named Ahmed and the experience was nowhere near what I expected. My dad had removed me from the family plan 6 months ago, at which time Verizon customer service had told me I could still qualify for an upgrade. Ahmed refused to give me any sort of upgrade and talked negatively about Verizon Customer service as a whole (said they had lied to me 6 months earlier). There were no iPhone 14's in stock, so I had to pick up the phone the next day.While I came in and was waiting, I overheard Ahmed telling another male customer that he could get a discount on his plan for being a Fios customer, so being a loyal Fios customer myself, I asked Ahmed about this after the man left. His response was "why didn't you tell me that? The other guy came right in and told me he's a Fios customer."I was in disbelief that this man thought it was acceptable to gaslight me, instead of taking accountability for his actions. As a young professional who works in the mental health field, I don't have a lot of money and my bill has now gone up from $75 to $130/ per month for the next 3 years.RUN. Go to another store or another company just please save yourself.

Michael Garcia is awesome. My phone was doing a slow death & in no time he discovered the problem & fixed it. My SIM card was all scratched up. I didn’t know I even had a SIM card. No wonder he won the best 2 years in a rowBarbara Singh

I recently visited this location to purchase my daughter her first phone. Upon arriving I meet Ahmed who was absolutely amazing! I shared with Ahmed that this was my first experience purchasing a phone for my kiddo, I was a nervous reck, and I did NOT want to purchase anything too expensive or get locked into anything that had a lifetime commitment. Ahmed brought me back to earth with a few laughs and he addressed my concerns as he worked through my needs. It was an hour well spent and I would recommend to anyone who needs to have that extra one on one time to go through the extra to see Ahmed, he is the best. I will be back to look into some additional products and services just because he built that trust with me. Thanks, Ahmed!

I needed accessories for my new iPhone. Elias was very knowledgeable and helpful. He checked on a discount I was promised when I bought the phone online, and applied it to my total. It was also fun being there while he installed my purchases.

Staff extremely uneducated on their products staff dressed in raggedy clothing and dirty sneakers extremely unprofessional environment will never go there again purchase a phone or 300 some dollars asked to be placed on a prepaid plan the representative helping me could not assist me in any way shape or form literally became an argument at the kiosk that he would not assist me. Don't go there you will walk out disappointed

These guys are simply dishonest. Just order services and look at the deals online, it's a way better experience and you get to see all of the charges. Sales guy told us we were getting two free Apple watches (which we didn't really need or want), and it was simply a lie. The details are SUPER CONFUSING and this is used against you. Extra lines, new devices, discount this or that, free this or that, what a nightmare. Just buy yourself a phone from Apple if you can and then activate it with the simplest service plan you need. Don't buy any chargers for Apple products. Verizon store charges $29.99. Apple charges $19.99 for an original Apple product. apple.com 20W USB-C Power Adapter $19.00 Don't buy phone cases or other accessories, they cost $8 on amazon.com They were trying to sell me new iPhone power adaptors, I asked the guys in the room what Apple was charging and one guy said, "I think it's 49.99". I couldn't look it up on my phone because it had been erased to exchange. Bold faced lie, wtf is going on here. Frankly, suggest switching to Tmobile these days, they're offering a $800 device payoff jailbreak from Verizon. Check it out.
