In addition to the care we’ve received for Stevie, we’ve leaned on Eastside for help with our ailing young cat, Bug. They were able to bring her in very short notice and perform tests before recommending we take her to Ocean State for further testing. They were very helpful in notifying the hospital and as soon as we arrived they took her right back, no waiting as is common at vet hospitals. I’m happy to report Bug has been diagnosed with Cat scratch fever and with the appropriate meds she’s back to her usual, playful kitten self.”

“I came to them in such a bad state of stress, financially and physically, as I just had spinal fusion surgery. Jillian went above and beyond to help me explore every option to get my cat, Honey aka fat mama, the help she needed. I am forever grateful for her and her knowledge. Dr. Mercurio was also great. She called me right away and gave me different options for my situation as well as some very good information regarding Honey. All the staff I came in contact with was professional, nice, welcoming, greeted me with a smile, and was patient with me, which is so important for us cat parents when our babies aren't feeling great.
