Christina is a cashier at Walgreens and she have a great customer service she is the best person in that store she help me a lot she even told me when a item have a deal she treat customer great she have a great attitude and l love that thanks Christina for your great service

Easily the worst service of any healthcare store on the planet. I waited 32 minutes for my breathing meds while the counter girls decided if Flacco would like her new nails and wax job. This, after I spent 22 minutes on hold while no one would answer the phone. EXCELLENT PLACE RO BUILD A PHARMACY. I wish I could give no stars.

It's 4:25 Tuesday evening May 6 a small Spanish woman with long black hair was exceptionally rude and has no business talking to people anyway she feels worst customer service I've ever had in that store

This WALGREENS is terrible. I called the day before to get my prescriptions ready. They didn’t get them ready in time and then when I come back the next day they say I need a doctors authorization so why didn’t they tell me that the day before do not use this pharmacy if you want service!!

Worst walgreens i ever had to deal with.Often claim they never got the prescription despite doctor sending in multiple times. They are grossly understaffed causing long wait times ,both in drive through and instore, sometimes in line for as long as up to 3 hours. Any class a drugs are often short e.g. as they give only 25 pills when the script calls for thirty and then deny shorting you. Staff are rude and irritable and need to not work there if they have an attitude for this extremely high traffic and messed up store. More than half the time their online server is down and then no one ever answers the phone ir calls back. Allow people to shoot up outside and do not do anything about it. Bums sleep outside and acost patrons trying to enter the store

Fast friendly, always full of people and customers and they get you out as fast as they can pharmacy slow but the cashiers are fast

Pharmacy staff not helpful or pleasant. Insurance didn't want to fill an Rx and instead of letting me know they just blew it off. If I hadn't called hours later they would never have followed up.

This place is not friendly. The cashier couldn't find my points in her system. The manager came and I said I had my receipt with the points balance on it. He said don't bother, there's nothing I can do for you. He was rude and unknowledgeable and unwilling to check with Walgreens. I had to go home and straighten it out with Walgreens on the phone myself. They informed me that all that was the matter is that I have to use the points in $5 increments. You can almost never reach the pharmacy on the phone at night. When I need a refill, Walgreens always says we'll contact your doctor but they never do. I have to contact the doctor myself. The price of food items and other stuff is crazy. The parking lot is always dirty.
