I hate this bank and will be closing my account because they will tell you your account is at a zero dollar balance and then put your account in the negative and they never want to admit they were wrong. Worst bank ever!!!!

Never sent me a bill only got the card the first round paid 100 dollars but still no bill!! So I called to pay the bill now I'm late apparently so they never applied my 100 to the month I thought it was going on. Now the message doesn't tell me to pay anymore than 48 I pay 60 and they send me a bill with a late payment fee of 29 extra dollars!! Afterward still haven't seen a bill till after I paid the 60 dollars big scam!!

I got a car loan through Wells Fargo from the car dealership. I made EVERY payment for over 5 years with my personal checking account. This month online no longer has my bank account on file and needed to "confirm" the account they accepted payment from by making 2 small deposits. 1 deposit came through, never received the second. Tried calling but the auto loan department is closed as is customer support. It really feels like now that my loan is about to be paid off they are trying to squeeze a little extra outta me out force a default. Considering Wells Fargo was recently ordered to pay over a billion dollars for wrongfully repossessions I don't think I'm wrong to feel this way.

They robo call my home. I wait to speak to a representative. When they answer I politely say “hello, We have sick elderly here, please remove me from the call list” before I even finish my sentence the rep.hangs up on me! I call back they say 25 minute wait time. I would never do business with them because of that. RUDE SOLICITORS.
