Purchased a duvet cover 3 months ago. It is all pilled and is just not made well. They do not stand behind their products, have a 30 day return policy. Go elsewhere for better quality! I should have read all the reviews before purchasing clearly they aren't a high end store

Careful with the difference betwen the barcode sticker and what they charge...i purchased a bathmat and was charged a completely a different price. I assume the cashier peeled off the sticker and scanned the underlying barcode instead. I didn't notice the price until after I got home and looked at the receipt. Shady.

Not a review for the store, but for the online service (there is no rating available on the website). Be advised that you may wait a long time for delivery of your purchase, well beyond what is stated on your order confirmation. My estimated delivery for a recent purchase was July 18, but it's still not received as of Aug 1. I checked the original order confirmation, and through the tracking link, I could see that the order's new estimated delivery is Aug. 12, but we'll see. Note that there was no indication that the item was back-ordered when I placed my order, nor did I ever receive any delivery update emails. Who knows when I'll receive my order.

The Providence store was so helpful with ordering furniture for me, explaining the process and shipping options, etc. Excellent phone customer service from the PVD store (might have been Matthew? I think - I should have asked again at the end). I love going in person as well - the setup is so cute and helps you envision setting up furniture and accessories in your own home.

I want to give lots of praise to the customer service team here!! I ordered a couch and they were so patient and helpful with my questions and updating me on its arrival to the store! I even had to make a last minute change from pickup at the store to in home delivery and they were so accommodating and I got my furniture delivered the NEXT day!!! Awesome!!

Product Review for Harris Sectional with Performance Basket Slub Pearly GrayWe have owned the sofa for 1.5 years and the pilling on the fabric has been quite excessive. I do not recommend spending this kind of money on a fabric that will look so cheap after a short time.West Elm ComplaintWhen I contacted West Elm to see if that was expected, I was told "we do not have any customer reviews for this happening to your exact furniture" and was given a link to buy a pilling remover from their website. Then I found out they do not offer customer reviews on their products....I am really disappointed in a company that I used to consider a trusted brandBUT I will say the employees at this location were quite helpful in building and ordering the furniture we wanted. The store was clean, spacious, and organized.

Nice little branch off the West Elm tree here in Providence. However, there is a staff member here who walks the floor inflicting herself on you and makes obtuse, semi witty comments as you're obviously just browsing. I find this most annoying.Today, after this happened again I just up and left without buying something I was interested in. I'll just get it elsewhere without the effete weirdness. I hope the management takes notice of these comments. Most mature adults shopping know how to find and ask for assistance when and if they want help.

Delays, delays, delays, delays. Short version: you will not get what you bought in the time frame that you were promised, so you had better be prepared for a lengthy wait.This chain is utterly incapable of delivering things in timely fashion, or admitting to fault when it fails to do so. They have to know perfectly well, from the beginning, that an ordered item will not arrive until at least a full month after the promised date of delivery. It's no longer credible, three years after the transformation of the "global supply chain," to claim that these "problems" are transient or "unprecedented." And forget about getting any kind of discount on the goods that you were supposed to have ages ago have, or receiving any other form of effective recognition that might account for your inconvenience. It's apparently your fault for believing that a business actually sells what it sells, in the fashion that it claims. The company will gladly send you an automated apology email - something that doesn't even amount to token recognition, since it is literally the least that the company can do. It will be equally glad to hold the cash it took for the service it failed to provide, ensuring both that you can't use it otherwise, and that you fail to enjoy the thing you bought.
