I’m writing in regards to my experience today. I’ve shopped at the store before and always have appreciated the customer service along with the neat store. Though today, I was there just browsing around since I would need a couple holiday outfits soon and I heard one of the employees who had a mullet like haircut sound very rude to his coworkers which left a distasteful feeling with me. Perhaps he needs to be trained a bit more on customer service. I know though from past experiences the store is amazing which is why it is disappointing to have to write this review.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the customer service I received at your Providence Place Mall and Warwick Mall locations. Unfortunately, my experience at both stores was extremely unpleasant and far below the standards I expect from a reputable brand like Windsor.
At both locations, the sales associates displayed unprofessional behavior and negative attitudes. Instead of being greeted with courtesy or assistance, I encountered rudeness, lack of interest, and dismissive attitudes from the staff. It felt as though customers were seen as an inconvenience rather than valued clients.
In addition, no one offered help with sizing or styling, and when I approached employees with questions, they barely made eye contact and gave curt, unhelpful responses. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming and uncomfortable, which completely ruined my shopping experience.
I visit Windsor regularly and have always loved your clothing and brand, but this experience left me very disappointed. I strongly believe your team at both locations would benefit from customer service training focused on respect, professionalism, and attentiveness toward shoppers.
I hope that this message encourages management to address these issues seriously so that future customers do not go through the same experience.

I was in this store today and I had the worst experience. Usually I am not one to judge if someone is having a bad day. However every single employee in that store treated my friend and I rudely. Lack of help, rolling eyes etc. The attitude given towards all of the costumers was unacceptable. So much so that I had to put back two dresses that I really loved because I do not want to support rude treatment and unprofessional. This is unacceptable, I will never be shopping here ever again.

Service is very slow, the cashiers are just chit-chating. Was in line for 20 min. The store is empty and the cashier is still with the customer in front of me. People that want to buy things just decide to leave instead. Due to it being so slow

I didn't like it at all, 3 poorly placed cloths, the super dirty floor that stuck to the suits, and the employees didn't help at all.

Was in the store with my wife today and while the store was well kept I had the very unfortunate experience of hearing the co manager of the store (I know it was the co because I asked who she was) screaming at another employee. Now while I do not know the whole situation as a business owner myself I find that to be completely unacceptable, and disrespectful to staff and customers. This is not how you want to run a business and not someone I would want working for my business.

Your employee was beyond rude. Treating a senior buying her granddaughter a dress for semi formal. I refused to purchase there and she rudely told me they didn’t need our business!
