I went on this Black Friday, first of all I went to try 7-8 pieces and at the end the sales assistant assigned to fitting room told me to put all the clothes back on the hanger and hand them to her!!!!!! Isn’t this the exact job of that assistant to do ??!!!!!!!!!! I mean if it was an understaffed small business I would get it! But they are a multi billion dollar global business!! Creating Customer convenience should be their top priority….Then they had signs for 40% off in different parts of the store, then when I went to pay I found out non of the items I had chosen was part of the sale ! They should all had a pink label on their tag which was not something mentioned boldly on their 40% signs! I don’t know what kind of a Black Friday that was! Again they are a multi billion dollar global retailer, only a solid ,non deceiving sale is expected from them!

Today I went to the Zara store in Providence, RI, and bought some products: 1 pair of sneakers and 5 perfumes. I thought the prices were good. When I got home and checked the labels, I had a terrible surprise because the prices that said they were on sale for 25.90 actually cost 22.90. They covered the original price with large labels to attract customers' attention and induce them to make a purchase with altered prices, charging 3 dollars more for each product. Unbelievable and unacceptable in a store that gives customers so much confidence. I'm disappointed with Zara in Providence. I have videos and the receipt as proof.

The need more staff. I waited in line only to be told to go downstairs because “someone was going on break.” Went downstairs only to wait in another long line. The staff don’t seem to have any sense of urgency.
Please do better!

As a multi-billion dollar global retailer, Zara has both the resources and operational capacity to provide an efficient point-of-sale experience.... yet at the Providence Place Mall location, the checkout process remains inexplicably understaffed, with only a single cashier routinely available, regardless of foot traffic volume.
Floor staff from other departments appear either untrained or unwilling to provide cross departmental support if you have a question ....often disengaging or actively avoiding customer inquiries.
This systemic understaffing and lack of assistance creates unnecessary delays and a frustrating retail environment that falls far below the standard expected of a brand with Zara’s scale and profitability. CMON DO BETTER

Went in to specifically try on a white satin shirt I saw online that was available in store. Found it myself and attempted to find one not demolished. Every shirt on the rack was either dirty or ripped. I mentioned it to a female staff member and she could care less. No sense of customer service. Just seemed like they did not want to be there. I understand customer service industry can burn people out and customers can be annoying but geesh.

I love the clothes here, but have not gotten “the warm and fuzzies” from the staff. They are not friendly at all. I have yet to receive a greeting and then when you try something on, the dressing room attendant acts as if you are inconveniencing her by trying things on. She constantly reminds you to “bring what you take in out”. I worked in customer service, I get it. Sometimes people are messy and inconsiderate. My only thing is there’s a way to say it. They need to work on their customer service. If you don’t enjoy your work and/or people, you should probably not be in customer service. You have a choice.
Remember if people didn’t shop here, you wouldn’t have a job. You might want to reflect that in your attitude.

Came here with my sister to look at some jeans because they are better fitting to her body (shes tall but has a slim waist). She’s also 16 and likes to pay for her own things so she’s always on a budget. We picked three pairs out for her and I found a fitting one for myself. When we went to pay, she tried using her afterpay and the cashier told us it wasnt accepted. She then asked about Klarna which he made a snark remark and told us to find out ourselves. (There wasn’t anyone in line) After she couldn't find the store on klarna, I offered to pay for her instead, and while I was pulling out my card, I told the gentleman he didn’t have to bag my jeans as I had other shopping bags I could use to put them in to which he replied “ Well i’m not chasing after you if you try to run “… I replied with a stoic face and he just proceeded to say “ you need to pay for it first “… Like yes buddy, my card is out and i’m CLEARLY going to pay for it if i’m standing at the register. The condescending remarks and unnecessary comments were absolutely not needed and this unfortunately isnt my first time being disrespected in this store… Would be nice if your employees knew basic customer service.

Today I made a purchase and while I was exciting the door the alarm went off and I proceeded to security and he proceeded to get too closed to me to the point of making me feel uncomfortable . I asked him to please stay at a distance from me while he was escorting me to the cashier . When we arrived at the cashier he told the staff to check my bag. I was treated like he was already to put handcuffs on me . I proceeded and returned all the merchandise . Sad because I love ZARA. Security guard thinking he works for national security . This was at Providence Place

Compared to other Zara stores, I feel like it's falling behind on what's new.

Never will shop at Zara again. Received some lovely items for Christmas that just weren’t my style. Went to store yesterday to return and store would not accept for charge back or store credit. Apparently returns accepted up to December 30th. Five days, ridiculous?
