“Wayne, Sandy and the guys at Mobile Glass are the best of the best. I don't generally leave reviews but definitely felt their quality and service deserved a mention. Sandy got me scheduled for a Monday but it was Friday when I called so she squeezed me in at the end of the day to install "crash wrap" which took them 10 minutes.. no charge and it was so nice not listening to my not so MacGyverish patch job. They had me in and out on Monday before I could finish my coffee. Their price was excellent, much less than I had expected. They went well above what the job was to install a window after my truck was broken into. Whoever did it spilled something all over the back seat which I hadn't realized and they cleaned all that up AND got all the gazillion pieses of glass. If you have ever had a broken window you know that their is glass in every place that has a spot for it. Just that part should be a service on its own! I enjoyed visiting with Sandy and got some great recommendations from Wayne for some bodywork I needed. Thank you guys for making my day after enduring the whole painful process when your vehicle is broken into. You are a class act.”
“I choose Redstone Tires in Westerly, RI because I’m never disappointed when I go there. My very first experience with Carl goes way back to the 90’s when my car broke down in Wakefield. I called Carl to let him know I needed help. He did not have a towing service, and I did not have Triple AAA Service at the time. He did something very generous, and telling me to sit tight, called Triple AAA under his own account and had them pick up my car and bring to Redstone. I will never forget Carl’s generosity and concern for our wellbeing, and continue to get my tires and services from him to this day. You can trust them to get the job done right at a competitive price.

I stopped turning wrenches about 2017. It’s really hard to trust people, especially mechanics and shops, with my vehicle and my family vehicles. But there are two shops I will take my vehicle to: the Newman’s brothers, one on Liberty Street and the other one on Oak St in Westerly . Lori kept me updated on my Mazda! My daughter blew the motor in her car, and Phil and his mechanics installed a used motor at a reasonable price for labor and the motor! Very pleased because I’ve been driving it and it seems good! Thank you!”

He won’t rip you off and he will get your car done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I’ve brought my vehicle into him three times with multiple different issues and he always fixes it right the first time and he never price gouges or recommends unnecessary repairs . If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, dependable mechanic this is your place!”
“Just want to send a shout-out to these guys. Back in December they replaced a harmonic balancer on my 05 corvette. Couldn’t be happier. My wife’s CLA250 needed a thermostat replaced, once again they came through. I had suspected that a wheel bearing(s) was beginning to fail on my wife’s car. I spoke to Dave, and he ordered the parts. Upon diagnosing he determined it was the tires. Rotated the tires and now the thumping sound is gone. Listen, they could have easily replaced the bearings and made a lot more money, but that isn’t how they operate. Wife’s car also had an EVAP issue. Dave spoke to us not to top off the fuel tank in that particular model of Mercedes. It turned out that the charcoal canister was damaged from fuel. Probably one of the last honest mechanics in the area, and I have no desire to look elsewhere.”
“If you want something done for a fair price but wonderful results this is the place to go. Paul is one of the mechanics there and owner of the shop. He knows what he is doing and he does a wonderful job at it. He gives you advice to the best of his ability.I get my truck worked on there and my mom gets her car worked on there and I know we will continue to go there because they have a wonderful business , real people , real garage, and real and wonderful work getting done.God bless”

“Gus is the car whisperer. Gus can fix anything. Older gentleman who loves what he is passionate for which is fixing cars. For as long as I’ve taken my car to Gus. He doesn’t really like phones and the cordless phone that was in the shop used to always disappear. Just driving and ask for Gus and tell him what the problem is with your car. He will tell you when to fix it and where to park it and, let you know when to come for it. His prices won’t leave you flat on your back. He is extremely reasonable and fair.”
“My car was hit in a parking lot by an unknown person. I like to support my hometown businesses, so I went to Hope Valley Auto Body for an estimate. It was impressive, in that it was very complete and consise. Our insurance company accepted it, and we booked the job with Jeff and Steve. They took care of everything. Arranged a rental car for me. The job was done much sooner than we expected, and it is PERFECT. These men KNOW what they are doing! They are perfectionists. When I picked my car up, I think they detailed it! It was spotless...inside and out. The rain beads up on my car, so I think they waxed it. The attention to detail was impressive. I am SO pleased, and highly recommend them and their work. Eddie was pleasant, not pushy, and was busy with several customers at the same time, but we still felt like we were being listened and attended to.
