Everytime you buy items on sale, you have to double check receipt and then go to customer service to get price adjustment.

Terrible place to shop. Empty produce. No pre sliced cold cuts. Looks like it’s ready to close. I live 5 min away and drive elsewhere to shop. It’s a disgrace.

Citizens bank in the stop and shop store. Worst banking experience ever. I normally don't criticize staff, but the person who was "helping" me was so unhelpful that I will never bank at this institution again. Closed my account

S&S voted worst grocery chain in New England for a reason! This particular store is nasty - do not go into the bathrooms!!!! Sale items are never in stock here and the produce looks terrible. Chicken rotisserie machine has been broken for a week now. Most cashiers NOT friendly at all. The self check machines are a joke and take twice as long - and you MUST check your receipt before leaving because 9 out of 10 times there’s a mistake! Customer service people never smile and manager seams like a dope. They are no longer cutting meat here, but shipping it in as packed from god only knows where! I steer clear of this store unless it’s an emergency - and even then I’ll consider going to Westerly for ALDIs or Walmart instead - or even to Warwick!

This is one of the worst grocery stores. The store is dirty, the staff rude and the food quality is low.

Believe they are open to midnight
M to F & possible Saturday.
It's a Stop & Shop. Seems to be a nice enough area.

Stop & Shop has changed the packaging of Instant Nonfat Dry Milk to non-recyclable individual PLASTIC pouches. As many of us are trying to reduce plastic pollution and plastic food contamination (see Consumer Reports article: How to Eat Less Plastic), S&S takes the opposite step. I buy my milk in glass bottles, but have been using this dry product in my coffee for as long as I can remember. S&S execs should have included a warning on the exterior of the box to alert consumers of this change. I'll use up what I have, but I'M NOT BUYING THIS PRODUCT AGAIN. Yet another disappointed S&S customer.

This is not my favorite place to shop...however, I do want to give them credit for making some improvements to the cleanliness of the store and the general selections of items. It could still use improvement, but it is better than it was.

Meats and produce are terrible as well as prices, Market Basket is the way to go. I was in stop and shop on a Sunday around noon, and they had only 2 registers open with no baggers. What a cheap and poorly managed store.

Very Poor quality control unwilling to work with customers. I've heard managers being extremely rude to they're employees. Havnt been back since
