The staff is always friendly and helpful. The corporate Walgreens does not care about this store or the people who need it. I've hung in there for a long time but I've dad enough. I'm transferring out. So fortunate we have an excellent pharmacy nearby.

Since Walgreens took over for Rite Aid, it has been nothing but a train wreck for months on my prescriptions. Every month. Store hours never updated correctly, time missed on controlled substances due to not being open or technological mishaps on their end. I like the pharmacists and this isn't their fault, it's the system. But after months ofvissues, I'll be taking my husiness elsewhere permanently after 14 years.

Should be ZERO. Pharmacy staff it awful. Pharmacy closed Saturday & Sunday. Drive thru makes you wait 10 - 15 minutes while they chitchat. NOW the automated phone for script refills and store does not connect. CAN NOT call in refills. They MUST belooking to lose customers and go out of business. PLEASE DO!

The pharmacy and staff always go out of their way to be helpful. You can also get shots and a COVID drive thru is available at this all location. Always have great sales! Worth checking out, not as expensive as CVS!

The Richmond RI Walgreens store was a normal Walgreens with good staff and inventory until Covid hit. Since 2021 the store has gone downhill. Pharmacy affected the most. You can easily be on hold for over 2 hours with pharmacy and sometimes they won't answer at all. It's a shame that Walgreens doesn't care about this store or our Richmond and Hopkinton residents. Local TV channels should be contacted or newspapers. Pharmacy hours became irregular beginning of 2022 due to shortage of pharmacy staff. No weekend hours end of January 2022. No notice given to customers on the phone systems. It seems to have become a conspiracy of not giving out explanations or notice- except by small notices posted on pharmacy window. Recently my daughter had an infection and unfortunately her meds were sent there and she couldn't get any answer or meds. The lack of transparency and secrecy involved has made our entire family question the corporation and safety for residents. We've transferred out. Beware! Their pharmacy hours always change and phone system doesn't inform you of the frequent closures. ***Apparently as of 2/7/22 the insanity continues as a neighbor reported being on hold with no end in sight as of 9:26am on this day. We feel bad for the staff as management and Walgreens Corporate seems uncaring even when issues reported to corporate!

Pharmacy closed far before 6, wasn’t able to get my prescription and it really could have saved my life.

Terrible customer service. Do not answer phone calls, put you on hold for 5-10 minutes and the hang up.

Clean, well lit, easy parking. The pharmacist and their technicians were friendly, efficient and fast, rarely had a better pharmacy experience. While we didn't shop today, all of the aisle were clearly marked, clean and well stocked.

I'd like to give 0 stars but then I can't leave a review. I thought Rite Aid was bad but Walgreens is AWFUL. The slowest pharmacy I've ever encountered. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
