I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences at this location, mostly involving one particular employee who is often loud, disrespectful, and unprofessional. On several occasions, she has ignored me while I was speaking, waved me off, or made inappropriate comments at the register about hating her job and wanting to harm herself. This behavior is concerning—not only for the level of customer service but also for her own well-being. I know I’m not the only customer who feels uncomfortable and worried about her. I strongly believe management should step in to ensure she receives the support and mental health help she clearly needs, and to maintain a respectful environment for both staff and customers.

I'm only giving 2 start because one employee is actually attentive to the customer and makes the line move. The only good employee is a young woman named Maki, the manager only shows up to drink coffee and converse with people who don't want to talk to him. I've literally spent 15 minutes in a line of people at 6 a.m., an obvious time of the day that will be busy and she is the only one working. Give Maki a promotion or raise because without her your store is worthless.

Bathrooms are not very clean.. plenty of fresh coffee and ice tea. Staff is friendly and attentive

By far the dirtiest Cumberland farms I’ve ever seen with the miserable looks employees I’ve ever seen the food is cold. They hate making you any food that they have to cook for you. Iced coffee is watery. They run out of all kinds of stuff and they hate when you ask them for it.THE OUTSIDE OF THIS CUMBYS IS SO DIRTY AND NASTY.

There's one woman there the line could be out the door she will bombard you with questions I go in daily I get the same pack of cigarettes everyday this very slow worker asks me do you want full menthol or light menthol after I just told her regular menthol 100 then she'll ask if I want to donate to something meanwhile people are behind me waiting they really need to have someone else working while she's there nothing against her but she is a slow worker bathrooms could be cleaner too toilet tissue I'm stopping there before work everyday I often have to use the bathroom spend more time cleaning the toilet myself then using the restroom

I have more problems with this place more than you can imagine. Unfortunately I’m a regular and these are some things I encounter. Anytime I get the “hot food” it’s always old and cold. They NEVER have certain items DISPLAYED on the menu. Cleanliness at times is really bad, food and trash on the floor. Not to mention anytime I buy milk it’s expired or going to expire in a couple days. The fact I pay almost $5 for milk that expires in 4 days is absurd. I can buy 2 gallons at BJ at that price and I guarantee it’ll be good and fresh. There is certain pumps that only pump a certain amount as well most pumps if not all never have the lock feature and every handle is out of date. Again I’m a regular I would know if anything has changed. someone with a van I expect yall to fill my tank up and not half way or 3/4! As far as the fountain drinks go I’ve given up at this point I don’t even bother looking at the fountain drinks because every single one is watered down or is completely out. The only benefit to this place is it’s my local Cumberland farms but news flash they can’t even operate like a normal Cumberland farms. I will continue complaining about this specific store until this all resolved. It’s heart breaking because I love cumbies but this place can’t even operate if it was a Cumberland without the hot food. Fully up to date store and this how they operate someone from corporate needs to fix this. I guarantee I’m not the only person that’ll complain about this place and specifics of what I’m complaining about. I hope to see a change because my next review will not be “nice” like this one. I will then forward my reviews to corporate until they do something about it!

Every time I come to this Cumberland Farms, the coffee is COLD! It's just not so convenient when you have to heat it up in the microwave and to top it off no hot food out. You should have something out, not just a bare counter. Makes me not want to come here anymore. I did say every time, so not only once. Do better!

During a recent visit, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tammy. Unlike many employees at this location these days, she stood out with her friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Tammy!

This is my closest convenient store and that is so unlucky. This is easily the worst corporate owned store I have ever been to. This review is based on months and years of having to stop by here. Today, I had to listen to a crackhead deal with her scratch ticket losses. I was so close to the next register and then was told “this one is closed man” as the employee flipped the sign. The same employee, then just “hung out” behind the counter only to banter with the crackhead about how much she won or lost on her next scratch ticket. She lost. Now both employees began to discuss whether the crackhead profited or not, given the cost of her scratch ticket. Both of them were wrong in the math (simple subtraction problem) which might have been the worst part of this visit. In the midst of this academic discussion, the other employee didn’t even scan one of my items. Just to clarify— there was no one else in the entire store the entire time. Just the two cashiers, the crackhead, and myself.
Besides the above, this store is a complete failure. They need a manager that knows how a store is run. The store is nothing but just random people who come and go. They will have 8 employees working and 1 at the front counter. The others just walk back and forth getting their steps in.
DO NOT COME HERE DURING LUNCH. You will wait so far back that the automatic door will keep opening. The cashiers antagonize the crackheads and they stand and talk FOREVER. Your lunch break here will mean nothing.
Anyone who disagrees with anything I said here should visit the store at any given time of day and you will experience everything mentioned here in this review.
The WORST part of this place is that I will be very polite and grateful for these employees and after I thank them and say “have a nice day” they will say absolutely nothing. I grew up in crack land Fall River and people at least say “you’re welcome.”

Cashier practically mute, doesn't know how to speak up and engage with customers during transaction...
