“I've been bringing my cat Maple to City Kitty for nearly 2 years now and really love my experiences there. All the folks there are so caring and kind. Maple has FeLv which unfortunately triggers frequent sick visits, but I always know she's getting quality care.
They listen to concerns, ask questions, and really pay close attention to both the care she needs in the moment and what they may need to check up on from previous visits.
I always appreciate getting the treatment plan estimates beforehand as well.
Overall amazing team providing the highest quality veterinary practice in a clean and welcoming space!”
“Dr Rawlings and tech Tayla were so patient and kind with our super wiggly boy at his second wellness exam, and I so appreciated them taking the time to answer all of our questions in detail and with careful consideration. We felt heard, cared for, and not rushed.
I always say that I wish our vets could be my “people doctor,” and that’s still true. We’ve been taking our dogs to PRAH since shortly after Dr. Linden opened it about 20 years ago and have always felt the competence and compassion she brought to the practice, whether we were seeing her or other staff.”

“My Guinea pigs, rabbits and cat have all been clients here for 17+ years. They always make you and your furry family member feel welcomed and that they are the best. They are gentle and sensitive. When my guinea pigs and rabbits passed, they were so sympathetic. In all these years I would have nothing negative to say except for their lessened hours and no longer have Saturday appointments. This is a huge inconvenience for the "parents" who work. After all these years to just have that one complaint, I think that is positive and reassuring.”

“I really appreciate the entire staff here. I recently moved from FL and have had the same vet for my dog his whole life. Shortly after moving, he suffered a back injury from crawling under the new bed frame (his first big injury too). I was a nervous wreck and brought him in 2-3 times along with making multiple calls to ask questions. I'm sure I was annoying them but they were so kind and understanding with us.
Dr. Megan Monteiro and the staff were nothing but compassionate and patient with me and my dog. She checked him out and made her suggestions, we then did xrays after he didn't improve 10 days later. Thankfully he didn't need surgery, I was told to be patient and continue to monitor him. If he didn't improve we could MRI or seek other treatment but they suggested medication and complete rest. It's been 8 weeks and he is finally back to 100%. I am so relieved and truly appreciate having a well-trained, caring and compassionate vet to bring my boy to. While I was nervous at first, I fully trust the guidance of this team. Highly recommend VCA Atwood. Also, the facility is always super clean. Thank you for all that you do!”

“We bring all three of our animals here (two dogs and one cat). Every vet we have seen here has been fantastic, but especially the women vets. Dr. Sheckels in particular is a phenomenal vet. She consistently goes above and beyond with taking care of our animals. Knowing that our children are in her care is so comforting and reassuring. One of our golden retrievers is 8 years old and recently had a cancerous tumor removed from his leg. Dr. Sheckels has repeatedly stayed late to change his bandages as he heals. It truly feels like he is her own dog for whom she would do anything. The care Greenwich Valley provides our animals is more than what anyone could hope for when it comes to taking care of their most vulnerable family members.
The vet techs are also absolutely fantastic. They all know our animals by name and make sure to stop in and give them pets during our appointments. They truly are an extended family for whom I will be eternally grateful.”

“I have taken my 3 dogs to Ferguson for several years now and I can't say enough good things about this animal hospital and their team. I've worked with all 4 of the vets on staff and they are WONDERFUL, as are their techs.
As a pet owner who would go to great lengths to keep our animals well, I've never ever felt that they've taken advantage of in that sense. Dr. Hopkins is incredibly ethical and kind and just of the highest quality. Dr. Donahue and Dr. Deegan were amazing in caring for our elderly dog. Dr. Donahue went above and beyond for her and we are forever grateful! He treated her like she was his own dog and would email me after hours to check in or respond to questions. Dr. Marandola got us through a difficult emergency visit with another pup, as well, and he's been great to work with.
I live in walking distance of another vet (which is a great facility in their own right) but we choose to drive the 30m to stay at Ferguson bc they are just that good.”

“Dr Truesdale does an amazing job with his cropping. We asked for a shop crop and this is Hugo at 6 months. They healed perfectly as well.
We did not however follow the after care instructions. Which is the only reason this is a 4 star review instead of 5. We pulled off the bandages and the cup the same day he got home. We cleaned once, and let nature do it's thing, they scabbed up perfectly and healed very nicely. Being a show crop we did not post at all, ears stood fully about 4-6 weeks later.”
“I've been going to Hoffman's Animal Hospital for some years and have brought several different pets to visit the vet there. I love that it's right up the street from me but also is on the bus line. I have found the Dr to be very professional and courteous as well as proficient in checking my dog over from head to tail. “Dr Truesdale did an amazing job on my dogs ears cropping them. He’s very skilled and we had no options to find a good vet locally. It’s a shame because not many vets do it. I’ve owned American bullies for along time and it’s part of their look he’s so sweet and kind.”

“Pets in need it’s such a great vet for low income assistance, they are so kind , kris the receptionist was so friendly and helpful provided me with the soonest appointment available, Dr.Krane was the sweetest vet I ever met , treated my fur baby like if it was one of her own. Brought in my 12 year old Shitzu Sophie wasn’t feeling well for weeks, did couple of testings, prescribed her medicine gave her fluids , did get better for few days but she was weak struggling had no energy, we spoke about putting her down this week because of her age, nothing else could be done. She passed on Friday before taking her in yesterday , saddest day of my life. But my fur baby is no longer suffering.
Thank you Dr.Krane for such a nice experience and being the sweetest doctor to my fur baby ???? RIP 05-31-2024”
