Called they told us they can cash a check that is their own check from a landlord and drove 45 min to them get there and the witch of a lady said nope and didn't even look into it just said need a id need to be redone even thought my daughter had a renewal but she wouldn't take in. Just saying she was very rude and will never do business there

Came to do a simple deposit for my wife on her day off. Machine takes the card, I then wait inside as the take care of literally everyone before and after me now. Then when they retrieve the card they take it and hold it until my wife can now come and get it. I switched from here to Santander a year ago for this exact reason. Faulty equipment, bad service and waste of peoples time and hours. Thanks for nothing,

Friendly people at this location. The bank itself, has few and lower fees than their big bank neighbors. Friendly to non-profits and children. No fee for a Home equity line of credit. I'm going to move some of my accounts to this bank.
