Upon arrival, another staff member was equally helpful stopping watering, to walk me back to the location to find what I was seeking. The plants, of course, were so healthy and plentiful!”
“I’ve been a faithful Aldi customer for years. Both in the US and when traveling in Europe. What I love about this store is that they keep things simple. A shopper can take care of all its bare necessities without too much drama, without spending a fortune, and quickly! Additionally, Aldi Finds are typically gems. I’m a fan.
One thing that makes me sad is how they have been getting rid of some great vegetarian and vegan products. This has happened slowly across the U.S. in contrast, Europe has tons of great alternatives for this group of consumers. Another big issue is most of their packaging is still non-recyclable in the U.S., although that probably has to do more with a lack of local recycling capacity. Nonetheless, more environmentally-friendly packaging alternatives could be explored to honor the company’s sustainability pledge.

“I’ve been ordering from Gerbs for about three or four years now after seeking safe products for my food allergies. I’m so happy I found this company because they have been providing me with high quality and safe food that is soooo hard to find elsewhere. I am insanely sensitive to nuts with an anaphylactic response to all nuts and peanuts and I have to be 100% confident with the foods I eat. Gerbs has given me peace of mind with every bite of their products. I get all my grains, seeds, cacao, and dried fruits here and their quality, shipping, and service is always impeccable. I also love that it is a family owned business that CARES and because that is very important to me, it makes my experience with them absolutely delightful. I feel like I’m a part of their family! They often have deals like free shipping for small minimums and periodic discounts on specific products and/or total orders. You can read their individual product listings to see how much care is taken with the health benefits that their products take into consideration like, unprocessed, no preservatives, organic, unsulfured, non GMO, and so on. Before I found Gerbs I found it extremely hard and agonizing to find products that meet all my criteria. Big shout out to you guys for being such an important part of my life.”

“I like this market, it’s always well stocked and the prices can’t be beat. They have mostly everything you’re going to need to do a bulk of the shopping. If you’ve never been, bring a quarter so you can use the shopping carts, or bring bags for smaller trips. You also have a self checkout option which is awesome.”
“Not the best Aldi I have been in, it could do with an update. Bread selections are good, while vegetable selection is rather hit or miss. There is no deli. However, I do like to do much of my shopping here as brand name groceries are not important to me and I have found their house brand of most items to be very acceptable”
