Called this company today to request a quote for a frame-less glass shower enclosure design. I barely finished explaining what I was looking for, when he interrupted and told me to just measure the shower. I asked how I could do that if I didn't know what form the enclosure would look like in order to measure. I asked him to come see it. He insisted that all he needed was the dimensions and he would design the enclosure and provide a quote over the phone. I told him I would prefer he came to look at the project. Obviously, he was not interested in seeing/doing the job. I dispatched him.

Went for a small glass replacement request and was done on the spot. Just the fact that they addressed the need right away and I walked out with the small job done earned stars in my book!The gentleman could have said leave it and come back another day like things usually are now a days, but he didn't.Much appreciated, always respect a business that has a great work ethicNow I know where to go.

I had a shield installed at my office (due to Covid) and it is fantastic! Joe was on time helpful with cleaning instructions and just overall a very friendly guy. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again! Overall great experience!!!!

I heard about Superior Glass through a co-worker who had a great experience with them, so I contacted them in June to see if they could make us some plexiglass shields for our desks. We are in property management and work with the public all day regarding their homes. Facing re-opening during the pandemic it was imperative that we be able to keep our doors open to help assist our customers with their homes. I called and a gentleman by the name of Joe answered. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I explained what we needed, I sent him a few photos and some measurements. I had a quote within a day. He even gave me a few choices in sizing and explained how one would be more cost effective for what I was looking for. The shields were made to order along with custom fit brackets as to not take up too much room on our desks. I even got to pick a color that would match our décor. They delivered it to my office on a weekend as to not disrupt business as usual. He wore a mask while in our office and was friendly with my staff.He installed them on the desk, cleaned them, and gave us some instructions on the best way to care for them. I would recommend Joseph Horvath and his team at Superior Glass they were professional, reliable, they had competitive pricing, and no corners were cut to get the job done right. Thank you, Joe! 3 days with a single pane window, I would call and someone would give me the run around. Was finally able to get my window frame back, and it's bent. Never use this company
